2 2 Please disregard what it says about payment above. Your application is free. Create and enter a six digit PIN. Reenter the pin to verify it. Remember to write down this PIN. Click Login

3 3 The assigned G ID number given above is not your permanent ID number. Your G number above is a temporary Log-In ID number. If you are unable to complete this online application and need to return later to complete it, you will need the G number above and your PIN to log-in. When your application is completed and processed you will be assigned a permanent ID number, sometimes called a Banner number. You may then discard your G number as you will not need it again. Click Continue to go to the next page.

4 4 College Career Pathways (CCP) students: In the Application Type drop down box to the left, click on the down arrow and select Concurrent Enrollment HS. Click Continue to go to the next page.

5 5 In the drop down box to the left, click on the down arrow and select the Admission Term: Concurrent Enrollment Enter your full name and click on Fill Out Application.

6 6 Please disregard what it says about payment above. Remember your application is free! Click on the Name section to the left to continue. Make sure your complete name appears correctly and then click Continue to go to the next page.

7 7 Enter your address and phone number information. Accuracy is important. Please use proper upper/lowercase letters and check your spelling. Do not enter your phone number with dashes. Follow these directions carefully, and then click Manchester Community College Continue to go to the next page. Rev

8 8 YOU MUST ENTER A CORRECT ADDRESS AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Your application will not be processed without these items. Please enter your Cell phone number to the left. In the section to the left, check: Yes if you are Hispanic, No if you are not Hispanic Select your race. If neither of your parents earned a Bachelor s degree in college, please choose: Yes, First Generation student

9 9 In the High School Code section, click on the words Lookup High School Code to find your High School.

10 10 Use the drop down arrow to select the State as Connecticut. Click List Cities in Selected State, Province or Country to go to the next page. Use the drop down arrow to select the High School City. Click List High Schools in selected City to go to the next page.

11 11 Use the drop down arrow to select the High School name. Click Copy selected High School information to Data Entry Form to go to the next page. Always enter the Expected Graduation Date as June 30th with the year you expect to graduate from high school. Click Continue to go to the next page.

12 12 Use the drop down arrow to select the Career Cluster that best matches your plan of study. Click Continue to go to the next page.

13 13 If you have five checkmarks to the left, click on Application is Complete. If not, go back to the unchecked area(s) and complete these areas that you missed.

14 14 Click I agree to the terms. You are now done! Please check your as you will be receiving a Welcome letter shortly! Congratulations and welcome to the College Career Pathways program!
