Please then send in your full payment, including all fees for electric, etc. within 2 weeks of your online application, to PO Box 871, Westport, WA, 98595, made payable to RSPD IF YOU PRINT THIS APPICATION OUT TO MAIL IT TO US, PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: Please print and fill out this application, found at Please make sure you also include the signed Hold Harmless application, and proof of Insurance, (if needed, for Food Merchants). Send all material to, accompanied by a check or money order for the full amount due, to PO Box 871, Westport, WA, 98595, made payable to RSPD FOR ALL MERCHANTS: Vendor fees are non-refundable once the notice of Acceptance has been sent. All Applicants must send a complete Application and a signed/dated Hold Harmless agreement. New Applicants must send two or more photos of their wares and/or booth display. (Current website with pics will work). ALL Applicants must have a Washington State Business License (UBI #). Please make sure this is included in your application. PLEASE also make sure you give us a good address that you check and have access to this is how we will be sending you much of your Merchant information and answering your questions! Assignment of booth space and location is at the discretion of the RSPD 2018 Committee, and is largely determined by need, type of wares, and seniority. We will advise people both of their acceptance, and their apx location as soon as possible, but location cannot be determined until June of RSPD 2018 reserves the right to refuse participation to any Applicants with displays of any items, information, or services that are deemed inappropriate to the event.

4 I WISH TO BE INVOLVED IN THE TREASURE CHEST DRAWINGS: YES NO (This is an opportunity drawing on the main stage throughout the event. The prizes are donations made by local businesses and participating Vendors. RSPD will collect the prizes from Vendors upon check in, and will hold drawings throughout the 3 days of the Festival. Participants will receive an Official Treasure Chest Vendor sign to display to the public. Customers will receive ONE ticket for every purchase at your business. For their chance to win, they need to print their name clearly on the tickets and return those tickets to the booty booth. THEY MUST BE PRESENT AT THE MAIN STAGE DRAWING TO WIN! In order for this to be as effective as possible in terms of attendee satisfaction, please make sure that if you are being an acknowledged part of the promotion, that you provide the tickets to the Customers as they purchase your wares. Merchants MUST provide their own double stub tickets for this, and are responsible for giving out tickets to their customers. (hereafter referred to as RSPD ) and, (hereafter referred to as Participant ). WHEREAS, RSPD is the sponsor of Rusty Scupper s Pirate Daze, an event occurring at Westport, Washington, June 22 nd, 23 rd, and 24th, of 2018, and, whereas the Participants(s) are interested in participating in the aforementioned festival to be sponsored by RSPD, Participant hereby agrees that and in consideration for being a participant in the festival, the participant shall hold RSPD harmless for any and all acts or omissions occurring in preparation for, during, or in conclusion of the festival. The Participant intends this agreement to extend to and include any and all acts of negligence on the part of the Participant, and to in addition, hold harmless RSPD for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the Participant during the course of the said event.
