5 I have not received any notice of the community service that I need to fulfill, I had a stay pending the court of appeals. I am afraid there will be another attempt to falsely arrest me. King county prosecutors have failed to disclose any of jenee westbergs criminal history, and has therefore taken away my constitutional right to a fair trail. I am innocent but unfortunately the court of appeals failed to uphold my constitutional rights and agreed with the superior court. Regardless I need to fulfill my hours, I have contacted some at muckleshoot tribe and would like to finish my hours through them. I have been volunteering for a while hopefully the hours can be used towards my court ordered hours. The only place I feel I am safe is around other Native Americans, as my family members have also been targeted, harrassed and property has been vandalized more then a dozen different times. Jenee has admitted to being across the steet at least ten times According to one of the many investigations on her corrupted and illegal behavior, according to public document requests provided by King county. jenee westberg is currently a Brady officer and no longer employees by King county A couple of the auburn police officers believe this is a PETA and AF type of intimidation. Unfortunately One auburn police officer has profiled my children after they reported a neighbor shooting towards where they were ( inside the city limits of auburn) of course the non native shooter was not prosecuted. The high power hunting rifle was shot in the direction of over 2000 students, approximately 2500 feet from 2 schools. please me any documents to me and Walter Pacheco, the contact person at the muckleshoot tribe Jenee westberg has also followed my children. I currently fear for my safety and that of my family members including several children I have also been followed by officer adamski of auburn minutes after asking for a public document request on the shooting.
