1 Guide for applying to EuroMPM Dear Applicant, please find the subsequent description of the steps for a successful application on our new online application platform. During this process you have to upload your application documents in one merged pdf-file. For this please prepare the following documents and hold them ready in one pdf-file: - Bachelor degree(s) (if already finished) - Bachelor transcript - Master degree(s) (if already finished) - Master transcript - Certificate of english language proof (if available at this time) - Translation of those documents if necessary Please enter the following link into your browser window: The initial language is German. So please change the language on the bottom of the website. From april 1st until may 15th only applicants from Non-EU are allowed to apply. That s why we try to find out your status. Starting on may 15 th til July 15 th all applicants can apply online (EU and non- EU).Please answer the following questions: 1

2 In this case university entrance qualification is not your academic degree but the school leaving certificate. If you are married with an EU citizen or one of your parents is an EU citizen you are on equal terms with an EU citizen and you can t apply before May 15 th. If you have graduated in Germany you are on equal terms with an EU citizen and you can t apply before May 15 th. 2

3 In the next steps you have to register on our system. After registering you get a verification to your specified -address. For enabling you in our system, you have two possibilities: 1. click on the link in your or 2. enter the verification code mentioned in the on the next window. 3

4 Now your verification was successful and you can go on with the application process. Please hold ready the merged pdf-file. Please sign in with your username mentioned in the mail of your self-registration: 4

5 Please choose Wintersemester 2017/18. Please click on the button Add application request. 5

6 Now it s a little bit tricky, because EuroMPM-IT and EuroMPM-BW 3/4 are no official identifiers for our different Project Management study courses. If you want to apply for EuroMPM-IT, please choose Master European Master in Project Management. This programme is admission free. If you want to apply for EuroMPM-BW, please choose Master European master in Project Management (3/4 Semester). This programme has a restricted admission. After the pre-check I have told you for which programme I have attested your eligibility. So please don t apply for the wrong programme! There won t be another decision by checking your eligibility during the application process. 6

7 This is the screenshot of the window which appears, when you apply for EuroMPM-IT. In case of applying for EuroMPM-BW you will have another type of admission: Restricted admission. 7

8 The next question is about your school leaving certificate. The average grade of your university entrance qualification has to be calculated into a system with a scale from If you not able to calculate it, just write in whatever you want. In the next window we check again, if you are equivalent to an EU- applicant. 8

9 In the next windows please enter the registration code I have sent to you in my of conformation of your eligibility:. After entering the right code you can go on in your application process. Please enter in the following steps all informations to all passed university degrees as it is described in this windows. 9

11 Please upload now your merged pdf-file with the documents mentioned on top of this document. If you have a document about the structure of your grading system, please upload it as well. Only Chinese applicants should upload their APS certificate. Please confirm that you have taken notice of the proof of English language skills. Attention!! 13 Now you are nearly ready with the application process. Please check all the data In the following windows and confirm the accuracy of your statements on the bottom of the window. 13

14 After submitting the application request you ll find an of confirmation about the successful application request in your mailbox. On the next window of the application platform you ll find a link for printing your control sheet. 14
