3 MT4 02 Please follow these steps: 1. Go to File Explorer or straight to Local Disk (C:) on your operating system 2. Click on Local Disk (C:) 3. Go to Program Files (and/or access where your MetaTrader Files are held) 4. Locate your MetaTrader File (in the above screenshot I have located my FXCM MetaTrader File ) now Right Click on the File to access the dropdown box as shown above 5. MT4 04 After clicking on Paste you can create as many copies of your MetaTrader File as you wish, just as shown in the screenshot MT4 04 above numbered (1).

As you can see above, I have already created multiple MetaTrader Files and all in one MetaTrader account. Also shown above, I have given each MetaTrader File a unique or separate name, to help me distinguish one File from the other. To give each MetaTrader File a unique name, simply Right Click on the File to access the dropdown box (as in screenshot MT4 02) and scroll down to Rename to, rename your MetaTrader File. Once you have got to this point, Double Click on your chosen MetaTrader File. Copyright All Rights Reserved.

The above process will allow you to open as many MetaTrader Applications as you wish, just as shown in screenshot MT4 06 above. Having multiple MetaTrader Applications in one MetaTrader Account will allow you to open multiple Demo Accounts, enabling you to test various Trading Strategies, all in one location. I personally have twelve applications running, with eleven for testing purposes and one Live Account. I feel you will not need twelve applications running but seven should be more than adequate. Why seven? One application will be your Live Account and the remaining six applications will be for testing the 7.0 programs, to which you can choose one or all to add to your Trading toolbox.
