1 Adding Cash to your Student Card 1. You can now use your student card to purchase food and drinks from the Walkway Café or the new Coffee Pod. 2. To do this you need to set up an account with In-loop Campus. Go to the following website: 3. You will see the following screen: 4. In the box marked University Code you need to enter UQLD (this MUST be in uppercase), then enter your address in the boxes provided and click the Register button:

2 5. You will then see the following message on the screen: 6. The you will receive looks like the below. To set up your account click on the words Click Here in the

3 7. You will then be taken back to the New User Registration page for In-Loop which looks like this: 8. Enter a username that you will remember (e.g. it could be your student number: , or the beginning to your address: s ). Enter all the details requested into the boxes and click the Submit button:

4 9. The next thing you need to do is tie your student card to your In-Loop account. To do this click the Setup Card Number button: 10. A small screen will pop up. Please make sure you select the I want to link a card to the system radio button. 11. Enter your 8 digit student number into the box provided and click the Save button.

5 12. You will then receive another advising that your account is now set up. The will also advise the username that you selected. 13. To put funds on your student card click on the link in the Enter your username from your and password into the boxes provided and click the Sign In button:

6 15. Now you can put money onto your account by clicking the Top-up Account link: 16. You have 3 methods for putting money onto your student card, Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer (NB: the bank transfer takes 5 working days for the funds to appear on your card) 17. Select the payment option of Credit Card:

7 18. Enter the amount you would like to add to your student card into the box provided: 19. You can choose to have your in-loop account save your credit card details for later topups if you wish just by clicking the button. 20. Please ensure that you take the time to read the Security Message provided before clicking the Next button.

8 21. You will be redirected to a secure site containing the Westpac logo. 22. NB: - A surcharge of approximately 2.9% for all credit card payments will be incurred by the card making the payment. 23. Enter your credit card details in the boxes provided and click the Submit button. 24. You will then be informed that your topup has been successful and the balance on your card:

9 25. Every time you log into your in-loop account you can see in the top right hand corner the cash balance on your student card:

10 26. You will receive a receipt via once your payment is successful 27. To make a PayPal payment click the respective radio button:

11 28. Enter the Purchase Amount (the amount of money you wish to add to your student card) 27. Click the Pay Now button 28. You will receive the following warning advising of a surcharge involved in processing a PayPal payment, if you are happy with this click the OK button if not then click Cancel :

12 28. You will be redirected to a secure PayPal sight to make your payment: 29. You may also deposit money onto your student card using a Bank Transfer by selecting that radio button:

Once the radio button is selected you be given instructions on screen as to the BSB, account number, account name and the Message / Reference / Description that MUST be used when making your payment: 31. NB: - It will take 5 working days for the money to appear on your Student Card using a bank transfer, BUT ONLY if you include the Message / Reference / Description that In-Loop have provided in your in-loop account. The details change for each person so DO NOT use someone else s reference information. 32. Once you have funds on your student card you will then be able to purchase coffee, drinks, ice creams or anything your heart desires at the Walkway Café or the new Coffee Pod and
