17 FAQ 1. What exactly will travelers have to do to convert to the new system? New Log-ins, passwords, for example? Each new user would need to create an account with Trip Case. This is not mandatory it does allow features to be used. 2. What happens if a traveler doesn t create an account? Travelers would not be able to access some of the Trip Case Features. They would only see their flight reservations embedded in the body of the confirmation Will they only get the itinerary information within the confirmation? Yes, their flights, car, and hotel will be within the body of the . Invoices will be attached in PDF format. 4. Can these accounts be created automatically? Each traveler must create their own account. Once the traveler registers then they will receive a validating confirmation to the address they used. They will need to click on the link to validate their account. 5. Can the trips be automatically imported from the GDS to Trip Case? Trip Case will automatically Import your travel reservation in 1 of 2 ways: Enter the 6-letter confirmation code you received from a registered "travel partner" into the Confirmation Box found in the "Import My Booking" tab under Manage Trips. Trip Case is connected to thousands of Travel Partners already and adding more all the time. About 20% of all travel reservations can be easily and quickly imported into Trip Case this way. If we can't find your details you will be alerted and can instead forward the confirmation you received as stated below to trips@tripcase.com. Forward to: trips@tripcase.com the entire confirmation message of the reservation sent to you by your travel agent or the airline. You must forward the entire message you received and it must be forwarded from an address you have registered and verified with your Trip Case account. Note: If you only send a reservation number or confirmation code, it cannot be imported. 17

18 FAQ 6. Can the quantity and types of messages travelers receive be customized? Example, eliminate Promotions and Offers We are not able to remove add and promotions. We will be able to add the customer Logo and customize with our agency information. We are not able to remove add and promotions. We will be able to add the McDermott Log and customize with our agency information. 7. Exactly what data is passed from the GDS to Trip Case? Everything from the booked reservations: name, flights, car, hotel, and etc. 8. What costs and IT resources would be needed to download the applications? There is not cost, however your travelers can download the phone apps if they choose to. Trip Case works with Blackberry, iphone, and Android.. Trip Case is not accessible with windows based cell phone. 9. Will customers preferred hotels be programmed into the system, so travelers can reserve hotel rooms? Yes, all customers preferred rates will be loaded and flagged as preferred within Trip Case. 10. Is there a contract/agreement needed? No contract is need required; TSI USA is contracted with Trip Case and Sabre. 18
