3 Accessing Online Services Open an internet browser and go to fallow online.co.uk TIP: Use the F11 key to change your internet browser to FULL SCREEN mode which may make it easier to view the application on smaller screens. On the welcome screen you will be prompted to LOG IN or REGISTER ACCOUNT If you have not already registered to use the Globelink Fallow Online Services you should choose to create an account. 4 Log In On the home screen select the button to LOG IN Enter your registered address and password in the boxes provided. If you wish your details to be remembered so that you can sign in automatically on subsequent occasions, please tick the Log In Automatically box. Click the Log In button. Should you forget your password you can request an automatic reminder. Click the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link which will allow you to generate an to the registered address to remind you of your password. 5 Home Page Once you have signed in you will see the Home Screen which will highlight the areas of the program you have access to. From this screen you will initially be able to access the following; 1. Quotes & Bookings Exports : create a new quotation or booking 2. Quotes & Bookings Manage : view and manage your previous quotes and bookings 3. Sailing Schedules Exports : view export sailing schedule information Additional options will appear as and when new functionality becomes available. Click the required menu option. 6 Quotes & Bookings To create a new quote or booking, select EXPORTS on the home screen. If you have not previously set a primary region you will be shown the REGION SELECTION window where you can select the required region. If you wish to set a region as your PRIMARY REGION that will be always be shown by default when seeking a new quote, you should select the tick box at the bottom of this window before selecting the required region. Please Note: The QuickQuote and QuickBook services are only available for the following criteria: 1. Cargo must be less than 2.5 metres in length. 2. Cargo must be suitable for shipment by groupage container service. 3. No one package may exceed 5000 kgs / 10 cbm 4. If a UK collection is required, the limit is kgs. For any quotes or bookings outside of this criteria you should contact our offices for further assistance. Globelink Fallow Limited Page 6 of 11
7 Once a region has been selected you will be shown a grid of all the destinations available within that regions. CHANGE REGION by clicking the box in the top left corner Select the required destination from the grid which will take you to the destination screen. If you wish to return to the grid list of all destinations for the region, click the SHOW ALL DESTINATIONS button at the top of the screen. Globelink Fallow Limited Page 7 of 11
8 To obtain a quote for the selected destination, enter the required details on the quotation form and click the CALCULATE QUOTATION button. A pop up window show you the quotation details, your price and reference number If you are shipping within the next 7 days we may be able to beat the quoted price. Click the button and you will be prompted to enter your phone number so that we can call you to discuss the options. You will receive an confirmation of these details along with your QuickQuote reference sent to your registered address. The quotation will be valid until the end of the current calendar month. Click the BOOK ONLINE NOW button to proceed to make your booking immediately. or you can CLOSE this window and your quote is automatically saved and you can return to it at a later time to complete a booking if required via the Manage Quotes & Bookings screen. 9 If you proceed to make a booking, you will be prompted to enter the relevant booking information. Scroll through the form to complete the details and click the CONFIRM BOOKING button at the bottom of the page. When your booking is successfully transmitted you will receive a confirmation popup along with details of the operational contact at out office who will receive your booking details. Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you shortly after to confirm the booking and provide you with a booking reference number. Globelink Fallow Limited Page 9 of 11
10 Manage Quotes & Bookings If you wish to view previous quotations or bookings that you have made you can do so by selecting the MANAGE QUOTES & BOOKINGS option on the home screen. Details of your recent quotations and bookings will be displayed in the grid. Double click the required item on the grid to re show details of the quotation or booking If you have not yet made a booking you can click the BOOK ONLINE NOW button to do so. 11 Logging Out Logging out is only necessary if you want to remove a saved username and password from the program memory. If you wish to sign in automatically the next time you use the Online Services you should NOT sign out. In order to sign out you should return to the home screen and then select the Log Out button in the bottom left hand corner. You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to log out. Click Cancel to return to the home screen Click Log Out to confirm and return to the Sign In window. Globelink Fallow Limited Page 11 of 11
