1 QFL REGISTRATION QUICK GUIDE March, Version 2.0 Introduction Thank you for registering Quest-For-Life Camp. Please follow the instruction carefully. If you register individually, please select Individual from Party Type and you are the contact person; If you register as a family (more than 1 person), select Family from Party Type and choose one of the family members as the contact person; If you register as a church or a functional group, select Individual from Party Type, register one person at a time by adding Attendees. If a group registration mixed with individual and family, we recommend you register them separately by filling the same contact person and selecting the same church name. We will do our best to group them together in post processing. For Youth from grade 6 to grade 12, they are mandatory to stay in the youth camp. Please select with Youth under Grade. If you choose your kid(s) to stay with parent, we need to allocate a bed for them, additional charge may apply. Please explain in Special Needs field if your child stays with parent. For Functional groups such as XiangYin, Rutgers Fellowship Group, please fill in Functional group field. If your church or fellowship does not serve in QFL, please leave it blank. You need to select your church from the provided Church list. If the church name is not in the list, please select Others and fill in your church name and address in Friends at Church field. We will update the list once we post-process the online registration. Registration page validates all the required fields. If you see warning messages, just fill in the required info based on the instructions, the system will pass the validation and allow submit. We are looking forward to meeting you in the QFL camp. The fields marked with are required fields and must be filled out with registrant s info. For example, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Age and so on.

If a group is mixed with families and individuals, you need to register them separately but may fill in the same contact info.

Note: Due to Salesforce s validation function, if you want to remove a registrant you must fill out all the required fields (any values) of that person first

Note: Due to Salesforce s validation function, if you want to remove a registrant you must fill out all the required fields (any values) of that person first before removing the line. 3. Check the data you fill in and make sure they are consistent and true to your identity. Inconsistent information would result in invalid room reservation, incorrect fee and erroneous cell group assignment. It would also require extra effort for QFL volunteers to correct these mistakes at the checkin. 4. If you have youth registrants (grade 6 to 12), please select a grade and choose Stay with youth. Your child is mandatory to stay with other youth in a separate camp site away from parents throughout the entire camp. However, if you have a strong reason that your child stay with their parent, we need an explanation in the Special Needs field. Extra bed will be allocated for them in the same room, fee change may apply.

We will update the database based on your input. 8. QFL Camp collects ride information. If you are able to provide ride for your local church, or if you need ride to the camp, fill in the correspondent fields. Our volunteers will contact with you.
