2 Our Association's Solicitation Policies Agent and Assistant/Employee Solicitation Policy: It is strictly prohibited for Brokers/Agents and Affiliate Business Partners to solicit other Brokers/Agents/Assistants or Employees to change offices or work affiliation through any Association sponsored media, i.e. space321talk, mass program, social media, etc., which is sponsored by the Association. It is also prohibited for members to use the Association sponsored media to make general announcements of new agents/employees that have joined your company or announcements intended to entice agents to join your company. Failure to comply with this policy will result in an automatic fine of $ per occurrence, which will be billed to the member's account. (Amended ) Through the Association website we offer a mass program for members to communicate with the general membership, and in the case of Affiliate Members their business interests as registered with the Association. This service is not to be used as an advertising medium by members for non-members. All s sent through this service must be in compliance with FREC Advertising requirements. All s must provide full disclosure of the sending party, i.e. Individual's name, company name, address and phone number. 3 How to Send a MailBlast! Step 1: Click Member Login 2

4 Step 2: Login in by using your Member Number as your User Name. The Password is the last 4 digit of your SSN. If you do not remember your User Name, please call us and we will be happy to tell you. 3

6 Step 4: Scroll down until you see this search tool. Leave EVERYTHING blank, then click Submit 5

7 Step 5: Scroll down until you see a list of REALTORS in the area. From here, click MailBlast! 6

8 Step 6: Scroll down until you see the blue box with a white background. Type your message in the white area. Step 7: Once finished, click Preview 7

9 Step 8: Finally, if the finished is how you like it, click Send this 8

10 Add A Link Step 1: Type and HIGHLIGHT the text within the Blast that you would like to hold the link 9

11 Step 2: Click the LINK button 10

12 Step 3: A. In the Link Type field, select desired option (website/ , etc.) B. In the Protocol field, select the appropriate item from the dropdown box C. Paste or type your web address or address into the URL box D. Press OK 11

13 Add An Image Step 1: Click the IMAGE button 12

14 Step 2: Paste the URL of your image into the URL box. Note: Your image size is limited to an average size and must be uploaded to a public facing site for the URL to work in an Blast. 13

15 Step 3: Click OK Preview your Blast. If your image is not displayed in the preview, it will not be displayed when you send your blast. Ensure that your image is posted on a public facing site and that your URL is correct. If the image is still not displayed, it may be too large to send in an blast, in which case you should select a different image.
