3 ACCESS THE MAIN SETTING MENU OF THE COFFEE MACHINE Follow the instruction below to enter the main menu and enable all parameters related to the GSM To enter the programming environments, the TECHNICIAN password is required (contact the I.MC. Technical Service). To insert the passwords proceed as follows: - Turn the machine OFF - Keep N 12 SHIFT key pressed for 5 seconds. The display shows: KEY REFERENCE MX-5-GOLD-PLATINUM ARMONIA-TOUCH OPTIMA PASSWORD esc After having inserted the password, the display shows the main menu programming environments: Press key no. 5 (-) and No 6 (+) to select the parameter Press key no. 7 (Enter) to confirm Press key no. 8 (Esc) to quit. 6 SEND SMS TO THE GSM OF THE MACHINE The SMS messages sent to the machine with the request for information must be typed with only either upper-case or lower-case letters; moreover, the messages must be preceded by the remote password inserted in System Manager Machine Parameters Service SMS Service menu (remote password 12345). If the command is not recognised or the password is wrong, you will receive the following message: SMS command fail B1) COMMAND TO REQUEST THE STATE OF THE MACHINE: Example: 12345STATUS The machine replies with message having the following information: - machine serial number - machine name - software release - machine state: ON, OFF, warm-up, busy, ready - steam boiler level - waste level - coffee boiler temperature - steam boiler temperature - current date and time (yy-mm-dd-hh-mm) In case of alarm the machine sends a second message with the relevant information: i.e. Current alarm H MOTOR ERROR 12 B2) COMMAND TO REQUEST TO SWITCH ON THE MACHINE: Example: 12345ON B3) COMMAND TO REQUEST TO SWITCH OFF THE MACHINE: Example: 12345OFF B4) COMMAND TO REQUEST TOTAL DOSE COUNT "A OR B : Example-1: 12345TOTALA Example-2: 12345TOTALB The machine replies with three messages: First message with the counts for all 10 keys, standard and shift doses (total 20 records) Second message with the counts for all 10 keys, decaffeinated doses (total 20 records) Third message with the counts for extramilk and total cashing (total 2 records) B5) COMMAND TO REQUEST OF TOTAL COUNTS OF SERVICE DATA: Example: 12345SERVICEDATA The machine replies one message with the following information: counts of group cleaning cycles, mixer cleaning cycles, milker cleaning cycles, grinder 1 and 2 cycles, water filter liters, partial and total group cycles. B6) COMMAND TO SEND A MESSAGE ON THE MACHINE DISPLAY: Example: 12345MSG: HELLO It is possible to send a message with maximum 26 characters that will be visualized on the display for approximately 50 seconds. B7) COMMAND TO REQUEST ALARM HISTORY: Example: 12345ALARM The machine replies with up to three messages with all the alarms in System Manager Alarm history menu. When the file is full, 700 selections saved, the data storage restarts from the file, beginning overwriting the first record. The vend identifier starts from 0 and increases by 1 for each saved drink vend. When the counter reaches 65535, it restarts automatically from 0. Vends data will be sent automatically each day at the setup time. The vends data refer to the vends of the day before. If the telemetry reaches 100 daily vends, it will send data before the set up time. When the set up time elapses, the remaining data are sent. The vends data transmission can be set only daily, neither weekly nor monthly. By sending a SMS message to the machine, it is possible to ask the transmission of the vends data of a specific day, only if the data are still available in the file. By GSM Off alarm, the vends data are saved in the file in any case. When the machine is in OFF state, the vends data are sent at the set up time. If no drinks are dispensed for one day or more, the vends data will not be sent. When the machine is powered on, the data are sent if the set up time has elapsed. In system manager menu the following functions are available: - Full audit trail of vends data procedure enabled; - Set up of sending time; - Vends data file reset; - Procedure to read and to modify the vend identifier.
