3 Please carry out the below tasks on your Test EMMA Interior Server. If you have any issues please the Atos service desk Pre Upgrade Check Log into TIBCO Administrator and confirm all TIBCO services are running. Search TIBCO Administrator and the click on the TIBCO Administrator icon i. Click Allow blocked content ii. Click on your TIBCO Domain name, enter the login details and click Login Once you are logged in click Application Management and then All Service Instances. Start any processes that are stopped. 4 Download upgrade script from the sftp site Go to and sign in using the login details provided by Atos via . If you have not received your login details or you are having issues logging please the Atos service desk Once you have signed in you will see a folder call EMMA Schema 12 Upgrade. Inside this folder you will see a folder with your supplier name. Inside your folder you will find your Test EMMA upgrade script. Please download the upgrade script (UpgradeSchema_SupplierName_test.ps1) using the button highlighted in the yellow box above. If you need to rollback, please see the appendix. Page 3 of 13

5 Running the schema upgrade script Right click on the upgrade script and click properties. If you see a security alert please click unblock and then click OK. Right click on your upgrade script and click Run with PowerShell (If you need to run the script as administrator please see the appendix) The upgrade script should start to run The script exports the current configuration for all the TIBCO code, changes the version number within this configuration to and then redeploys the code with the new configuration. You will know the script has started when you see Finished initialization. Page 4 of 13

6 When the script has finished you will see the message below The output log will be placed into the E drive Please upload this log to the SFTP site for Atos to review by clicking Launch the Upload Wizard Page 5 of 13

7 Post Upgrade Checks TIBCO Administrator Services Log into TIBCO Administrator and confirm all TIBCO services are running. Once you are logged in click Application Management and then All Service Instances. Start any processes that are stopped. Check webforms for additional ROI CustomerServiceDetailsCode (These additional codes are for RoI therefore this check is not required if you are an NI only supplier) Load Internet Explorer and go to Sign into webforms. 8 Select your Market ID and Supplier ID and then check that 010, 013, 016 and 017 have values 0008, 0009 and 0010 within the Special Needs tab. Send 999 test message and confirm version number is Select your market ID and supplier ID and click 999 Test Document Click the plus button, click check inputs and then click Confirm & Send Page 7 of 13

9 Then click send The words Message Created should turn green like in the screenshot below. On the main menu enter in the same Market ID and Supplier ID as you used to send the 999 test message. Then click Message Search Page 8 of 13

10 Click Outbound, select 999 from the Message Type Code drop down menu and enter the current date into Date Received From. Then click search The 999 you sent should appear. Double click the txrefnbr. The status of the message should be Completed. Click View The xml content of the message should appear. The version number of the message should be Page 9 of 13

11 Appendix Running the schema upgrade script as Administrator i. Create a folder on the C drive call SchemaUpgradeScript and place your upgrade script into this folder. ii. Search for Windows PowerShell iii. Right click on the Windows PowerShell icon and click Run as Administrator CD into C:\SchemaUpgradeScript and then run the upgrade script by executing the below command.\upgradeschema_suppliername_test.ps1 The upgrade script should start to run The script exports the current configuration for all the TIBCO code, changes the version number within this configuration to and then redeploys the code with the new configuration. You will know the script has started when you see Finished initialization. Page 10 of 13

13 Running the rollback script. Log into the SFTP site and download the rollback script Once downloaded right click on the rollback script and then select properties. If you see a security alert please click unblock and then click OK. Right click on your rollback script and click Run with PowerShell The rollback script should start to run The script exports the current configuration for all the TIBCO code, changes the version number within this configuration to and then redeploys the code with the new configuration. You will know the script has started when you see Finished initialization. Page 12 of 13

14 When the rollback script has completed you will see the message The rollback script has completed. A rollback output log will be written to the E drive. To run the rollback script as administrator i. Create a folder on the C drive call SchemaRollbackScript and place your rollback script into this folder. ii. Search for Windows PowerShell iii. Right click on the Windows PowerShell icon and click Run as Administrator Then cd into C:\SchemaRollbackScript and run the rollback script.\rollbackschema_suppliername_test.ps1 Page 13 of 13
