2 COMMUNICATIONS AND PROMOTIONAL EVENTS Neighborhood Watch News Reporters (Rev. 6/4/15) 8.05 COMPASS Reporter Identifies topics of interest involving Neighborhood Watch events and submits articles to the COMPASS no later than the middle of the month for next month's COMPASS which is issued on the 15th of every month. The length of the articles is restricted by the structure of the magazine. The COMPASS Reporter also coordinates and participates on the COMPASS Editorial Board. Sun Senior News Reporter Identifies topics of interest involving Neighborhood Watch events and submits articles to the Sun Senior News Newspaper no later than the middle of the month for next month's edition which is issued on the first of every month. There are no restrictions on the length of the article. The article is uploaded to the Neighborhood Watch website every month under About Us, then under Current Information after it is published. Addresses, When to Use BCC for Multiple Residents (Rev. 12/15/13) Addresses Neighborhood Watch Bylaws, Article III, Section Address Lists (A) and (B), states "(A) Neighborhood Watch address lists shall be considered private and available only to Directors, Advisory and Support Groups, Village Coordinators, and Mail Box Captains and shall not be published on the Neighborhood Watch website or Communications Board at Orchard Creek Lodge. Distribution shall be in accordance with Section 3.04 Membership Lists." "(B) All Neighborhood Watch addresses shall be sent using BCC (Blind Courtesy Copy) when communicating with the General Membership." When to Use BCC for Multiple Residents BCC (Blind Courtesy Copy) is often used to send a message to multiple residents while safeguarding and protecting their addresses. Address the message to yourself and list all other addresses in the BCC field to avoid disclosing names or addresses. The CC field should be left blank. Using the CC (Courtesy Copy) feature enables others to view all addresses. All residents shall abide by SCLHA's CCOC rules and regulations for use of private addresses. Guidelines for Opening and Saving Attachments and Forwarding (5/31/14) 8.07 Opening and Saving Attachments Once opened, go to File and click on Save As, and save to your Neighborhood Watch folder you created and name the file to something you can easily retrieve later, and then click on Save or OK. Forwarding Always address the message to yourself and enter the other addresses in the BCC field to protect the resident's addresses. Revised June 4, 2015

Complete the Registration form with your address and first and last name. Select which Lists you would like to receive and finally, complete the Security Check before submitting your subscription. How to Register for Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association Website (3/27/17) 9.08 For first time registers, go to click Home (right under Resident Login) click on Register, type in name, address twice, and password twice. Please allow 24 hours, Monday through Friday to process your registration.
