5 Test Checklist There will be one Test Checklist that will need to be executed and returned to SPP. The checklist will have two tabs. The All Members tab is for any Portal user to test logging into the Portal using the Two- Factor Authentication as well as testing the Portal screens. The LSA Administration tab is for the LSAs to test the administrative functions associated with Two-Factor Authentication as well as regression testing existing Local Security Administrative functions. Members only need to test using the UI. 5

8 LSA Administration Tests During parallel operations, a few options on the Manage Users screen are disabled in the new portal (but can still be performed in the old Portal): Delete User If this is chosen, the user gets a pop up notification explaining that the function is disabled, and it gives them the option to be taken to the old portal to complete the deletion. Edit Address The text box is disabled on Edit. Both of these are because having the options enabled during parallel operations was causing data synchronization issues between the two portals. Once the old portal is retired, both of these functions will be re-enabled in the new portal. 8
9 Test Environment All member testing will occur in the Member Testing Environment (MTE). SPP supports the latest version of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer (10, 11 and MS Edge) Chrome Firefox Safari Members using older versions of browsers may not be able to view all Marketplace Portal content. MTE does not contain PROD data MTE does not contain PROD Users unless your LSA has set them up in both environments 9
10 Portal Login ID & Initial Password Below is the information you will need to log into the Portal: The Login ID will be the valid, address associated with the user in the Manage Users screen within the Marketplace Portal. The Temporary/Initial Password for the first time a user accesses the Marketplace Portal will be this same address. The Temporary Password will be used to complete an initial login, and the user will then be required to set a new password for their account. 10
11 Login ID & Initial Password Cont. If when trying to login for the first time using your address as both Login ID and Password and it does not work contact your LSA and verify the address setup on your account. Do not attempt to login more than 5 times before checking with your LSA or you will be locked out of the Portal. Not all members setup in PROD are setup in MTE. If you need to be setup in MTE contact your LSA. Make sure to only login from the computer with your Certificate installed. 11
12 Production (Go live/grace period) 07/25/16 The new Marketplace Portal will be live in Production. Any users, new or existing, can log in to the new Marketplace Portal with their address as the temporary password. This password must be changed when they log in. 08/22/17 The current Marketplace Portal will be disabled. 08/22/17-09/05/17 (GRACE PERIOD) New users will log in with the temporary password that is generated when their account is created. Existing users created before 08/22/17 will have a two week period during which they can log in to the new Portal using their address as the password; those who do not log in will be considered inactive and their account will be locked Customer Relations will monitor a Users With No Logins report in preparation for the end of the grace period. 12
13 Production (Go live/grace period) 09/05/17 Existing users created before 08/22/17 who have not yet logged in will be considered inactive and their account will be locked. In order to unlock their account, they must: Contact their LSA to perform a Reset Password on their account. If the user is the LSA, they must submit an RMS ticket to have SPP perform a Reset Password on their account. These users will have a temporary password ed to them just as would happen for a brand new user. 13
14 Expectations Testing should be performed by individuals who are familiar with usage of the Marketplace Portal as it currently exists and have a valid client certificate. Project Liaisons will be responsible for coordinating testing at their company, and reporting back to SPP on testing progress or issues. Complete both the ALL Members and LSA Administration tabs on the Member Test Checklist Turning in your completed test checklist as early as possible is appreciated but no later than June 26 via RMS Ask questions or report issues via RMS 14
15 RMS Members can ask questions or submit completed checklists by completing an RMS ticket using RMS link: Inquiries can be submitted through RMS using the Project Inquiries quick pick and the Marketplace Portal Redesign Subtype. If a new user ID is needed for RMS, click on that link and follow the directions for Register Now. 15

19 Parting Comment All members, even those not assigned to test, are welcome and encouraged to log in to MTE and get familiar with the new Portal at any time after the start of member testing on Monday, May 29. Members needing access to SPP s MTE environment will need to go through their LSA. 19
