1 Login Select Language Username Password Login ACAD office guide Dear Client, Thank you so much for putting your trust in us and choosing ACAD WRITE. To make the order execution as professional as possible, we are using the online office "ACAD office". In ACAD office you can manage your orders and communicate with your ACAD WRITE agent and your writer. This guide is intended to familiarize you with the various features of ACAD office. Once you have accepted our offer, you will receive an containing a link to ACAD office. Please follow this link (which uses highly secure SSL encryption). You will be prompted to sign in with your username and a temporary password. For security reasons you will then be prompted to reset your password.
2 Your Orders View order Orders up -download Fill out checklist File management up -download When following the link "View Order", you will find an overview of the information in your order. It is important that you will provide your writer with as much information as possible, for example, the desired literature, format rules or main subjects. To provide this information, please click the button Fill in check list to perform the so-called writer briefing. 3 File management You can individually store files by clicking or download a compressed folder. Similarly, your writer can provide you with documents (outline, expose, partial delivery, final delivery, etc.). Please upload your file into the folder files - client or into the respective subdirectories Sources", "Format specifications", "documents" or "correction". Files provided to you by your writer will be in the folder files author. First you need to select the desired file to be uploaded from your PC or media. To do this, please click "Browse". It is possible to select and upload multiple files at a time. To select multiple files, hold the Ctrl-key while selecting the files. Next please confirm uploading by clicking "upload file". There is no limitation on file size of the uploaded document. Since we are constantly striving to improve our quality, we ask you to rate your scientific writer after the order is completed. You Author A new file is ready for you. Communication with the writer and the agent happens in the "Message Center". Please remember that direct communication concerning the order is not possible. If multiple orders exist, always select the order about which you want to communicate first. An intensive communication with the writer helps to fulfill your expectations and desires and to avoid misunderstandings as much as possible. Especially with jobs where you have agreed on partial deliveries, you should give the writer some feedback on previous work. Whenever possible, please try to communicate directly with the writer. Direct feedback is the fastest way to request a correction. Our messaging system works like traditional programs. The messaging system provides an overview of all messages related to your order. If you have multiple orders, messages can be managed (displayed) according to orders. Clicking the text icons will display the information for the order. The red X icon is used to delete the message. After dialing the dial-in number at the time of the conference, a recorded message will ask you to enter the conference room number. The call does not cause additional costs (local network fees may apply). Along with your writer the agent will participate in this teleconference and he/she will moderate the conference. Everybody is usually addressed by first name to ensure your anonymity and that of the writer. If you initiate a conference call, in any case, please tell your writer beforehand what needs to be discussed. For organizational reasons, only a limited number of teleconferences is possible every day. The dates should be Monday to Friday in the time between und o clock.
