Online Employer Mobile Application (OE Mobile)

1 We re excited to announce the Version 1 release of PayChoice s new Apple mobile application, OE Mobile. The app is available for free download in the Apple App Store just search for OE Mobile, and download to your device. OE Mobile is designed for iphone versions 3G, 3GS, 4 and 4S, ipod Touch generations 3 and 4, and ipad 1 and 2. Who can use this app? A company must be enabled for both PCOL and ESS for its users to be able to access OE Mobile. For those companies, the following user roles/configurations will be able to access the app, using their current Online Employer logins and passwords: PCOL Administrator users(non-restricted), with or without ESS access ESS Employee level users ESS Administrator users whose logins are tied to an employee record in the company Who cannot use this app? Bureau level users PCOL Data Entry users PCOL Hours Only users PCOL New Hire Only users PCOL Administrator users with Div/Dept level restrictions or functional restrictions ESS Read Only users not tied to an employee record ESS Admin users not tied to an employee record What are the user levels in OE Mobile? Employer role: All PCOL Administrator level users, regardless of ESS role level, are Employer level users in OE Mobile. Employee role: All ESS Employee level users, and ESS Read Only and Admin level users tied to an employee record are Employee level users in OE Mobile. How does a user log in to OE Mobile? Users wishing to access OE Mobile must have a login to Online Employer. Employee users must go through the First Time Employee Login process in Online Employer before they can access the mobile app. Note that the mobile app does not use MultiFactor Authentication at this time, so users will not be presented with their Personal Image and Passphrase. 2 Enter your Online Employer username and password here, and click Login What can an Employer level user do in OE Mobile, version 1? Employer level users in OE Mobile can view Employee Check information, Employee Demographic information, and Company Messages. To see an employee s Check data, click Check View Page 2 of 9

6 Click Info Center to view Company Messages Click the Message title to view the message Messages displayed here are the Messages configured in Employee Services, in the Messages section. Click Info Center to return to the list of messages, and click Home to return to the Home screen. Click Back on the Home screen to log out of OE Mobile. Page 6 of 9

7 What can an Employee level user do in OE Mobile, version 1? Employee level users can view their own check information, view a directory of company employees, and view company messages. Select Check View to see your check details Last 5 checks are displayed. Select a check to see the details.
