At Morgan Stanley, your shares an cash are hel in two types of accounts. A stock plan account hols your plan shares A limite brokerage account hols any cash or non-plan relate shares you may have These accounts are viewable on two separate sites: (stock plan shares) an (cash an non-plan relate shares). To view the cash or place a transaction in your Limite Brokerage Account, you must first link your accounts by enrolling in Morgan Stanley Online. note: If you are a non-us participant, you must call the Service Center to link your accounts. You will not be able to use the online process. a a Steps to Link your Account STEP 1: Login to to go to the Overview page. You will nee to enter your User Name an Passwor to login.

2 b STEP 2 Click on the account number link uner the Wealth Management Accounts heaing at the bottom of the Overview page. b note: If you o not have a Morgan Stanley brokerage account or you are a non-u.s. participant, you may see this screen instea of an account number. c STEP 3 Select the Enroll button. After selecting the Enroll button, you will arrive at the Online Registration Page.

There are two possible processes etaile in steps 4A an 4B. Only one will apply to you.

Please contact the Service Center for assistance. STEP 4 The Online Registration Page will vary epening on the authentication process necessary for you to enroll in Morgan Stanley Online. You can choose: Text or Call Click on the Get Registration Coe button. The coe will be sent via the metho you selecte. STEP 5 Retrieve your Registration Coe an enter it into the fiel. Click the No check box uner Professional Subscriber. 4. Click on the Terms an Conitions hyperlink an rea the ocument. 5. Certify your agreement by selecting the check box. 6. Click on the Register button g STEP 8 View a confirmation of your enrollment in Morgan Stanley Online. Your enrollment is complete.
