1 Registration for the 2018 Rugby Season is now possible using a mobile phone, tablet or laptop computer. 1. Go to the Nedlands RUFC website at 2. Click on the ONLINE REGISTRATION tab and select from the Seniors Registration products: SENIOR MEN - Full Payment or Instalment/Part Payment SENIOR WOMEN - Full Payment or Instalment/Part Payment U2 COLTS NON-PLAYING SENIORS. 3. After clicking on one of the 6x sign-in registration options for Seniors, you will then be re-directed to the RUGBYLINK website. 4. The RUGBYLINK welcome page lists the products for sale under the selection just made. If this is the correct selection for you then click on GET STARTED. If not, go back to the Neddies web page and select the correct sign-in registration option. Page 1 of 8

2 5. To LOGIN first enter your ADDRESS or MyRUGBY ID Number, and then enter your PASSWORD. Once this is completed select LOGIN. If you know your ADDRESS and PASSWORD please Skip to Step #13. If you do not know any of these then go to Step #6. 6. If you can t remember your MyRugby ID Number or PASSWORD from last year, but you are still using the same ADDRESS, enter your ADDRESS and click on Reset Password. A new PASSWORD will be sent to that ADDRESS. Enter that new PASSWORD and then select LOGIN. Go to Step # If can t remember your MyRugby ID Number or PASSWORD and your ADDRESS has changed, or you are a New Player (and so must create a NEW ACCOUNT) then select CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. You will be taken to a page where you are asked to enter your ADDRESS. Once done select SUBMIT. 8. If the system finds your ADDRESS within RugbyLink the message below will be shown. If you have access to that ADDRESS then reset your PASSWORD by clicking on the RESET YOUR PASSOWRD Page 2 of 8

3 tab. A new PASSWORD will be sent to that ADDRESS. Select the GO BACK tab and you will be taken back to Step #5. 9. If your ADDRESS was not recognized and an existing ACCOUNT was not found, you will be prompted to enter your Surname, Date of Birth and Mobile Phone Number to search for your details in RugbyLink. 4 10. If an existing ACCOUNT is still not found select REGISTER and you will be taken to the REGISTRATION page. 11. Fill in the personal details requested and then select SUBMIT. Page 4 of 8

5 12. RugbyLink will then confirm the Registration is complete and a MyRugby ID Number will be provided make sure you record this number. Select SET MY PASSWORD and a new PASSWORD will be sent to the ADDRESS nominated. Return to the HOME PAGE and start at Step #5 again. 13. After you have successfully LOGGED ON, the below page will be displayed. Select the REGISTRATION PRODUCT you want (note if the INSTALMENT option is selected then there will be a choice of PRODUCTS) and select CONTINUE. Page 5 of 8

6 14. Enter your PERSONAL DETAILS in the boxes as requested. Once completed select CONTINUE. 15. You will be asked to REVIEW the Product and Personal Details and Accept the Registration Terms & Conditions. Once this is done select CONTINUE. Page 6 of 8

7 16. You will next be taken to the Payment page, where you are asked to review the charges and then fill in CREDIT CARD details for payment. 17. Once the CREDIT CARD details have been added select PAY NOW and a confirmation notice will be displayed. Payment has been received and you are now Registered to play rugby at Nedlands. Page 7 of 8

8 18. Note there is one big change this season if you choose the Installment/ Part Payment Option. When you get to the payment section you have the option to choose to make 1, 2, 3 or 4 payments. If you select 2, 3 or 4 payments then automatic charges will be made to your nominated card every month until the total/full amount is paid. To select the number of payments to be made just click on the box under PAYMENT SCHEDULE. Page 8 of 8
