1 KYC Process To complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, please login to your Back Office. Navigate to Support KYC- Status and the following submenus (as stated on top of every section) to perform KYC.

2 Mobile verification Click on Mobile Verification and check that your number that you see on the screen is correct. If your mobile number is not correct for whatever reason, please contact LEO Team Support through our support ticket system under menu Support -> Members support. If your Mobile Number is correct, click Get Code.

3 You will receive an SMS with a verification code. Fill in the code in the Verification Code field, click Verify. Your mobile number has now been verified and the message is displayed on the Screen.

4 Verification Please check that the address on the screen is correct and click the Get Code button. If for any reason your address is not correct, please contact LEO Team Support through our support ticket system under menu Support -> Members support.

5 You will receive an with a verification link to your registered address. If you have not received it please also check your Spam / Junk folder and mark support@welcometoleo.com as a safe sender.

6 Once you have clicked on the link in the your address will be verified. Photo ID Verification Please upload a good quality copy/scan/photo of your photo ID. You can use one the following Photo ID types: Driver s license (All Countries) Passport (All Countries) State/National ID (All Countries)/CNIC (Pakistan) SSN SIN PAN Card (India) Please note: The only accepted photo ID for Pakistan is CNIC. Photo ID needs to be in colour. Black and white copies are not accepted. Upload your documents either as an image or as a document. Company and Merchant If your account is registered as a company or merchant upload a pdf file including a scanned copy of your Photo ID and official company document. The person on the photo ID needs to be the same as stated on the company document.

7 When you upload your document as an image, you might need to enable Flash Player to be able to make adjustments in the image using the Piczard tool as seen in picture #1. To open the tool, please double click on the uploaded image. Make sure that your whole photo ID is shown as on picture #2. Name, Photo ID number, date of birth and expiry date must be clearly visible. In case that info is on the other side of your photo ID, both sides need to be scanned and put in same document. Picture #1 Picture #2 PDF format is preferred as it is faster and easier for Members to upload and better and easer for LEO KYC Team to verify.

8 Fill in all details as they are written on your document. When entering a date, please select the date from the calendar to make sure that the correct date format is submitted. It is important that all details match the uploaded document to be approved: - Member Name - Type of photo ID, - Photo ID number, and - Expiration date. If your photo ID does not have an expiration date click No. When all details are filled in click Save to submit the information to LEO. When you click Save you will see the following message on the page. Information has been saved successfully. Until your photo ID has been verified you will see the Waiting for approval status.

9 If your photo ID is rejected, you will get an with rejection reason and you will also see the rejection reason in the Photo ID Verification section in your Back Office. If your photo ID has been rejected, check your details and correct necessary info or upload new documents accordingly. Send your details for approval again. When your Photo ID is verified and approved you will receive a confirmation and the status in your Back Office will change to: Your information has been verified. Proof of Address Upload a good quality copy of: - a utility bill, - local government or council tax bills, or - confirmation of residence by your local authority. Company and Merchants upload a valid proof of address in the company s name as stated on the account. Please not that the Proof of Address MUST be less than 90 days old. Upload your documents either as image or pdf document.

If some of the required information is on the other side of your photo ID, both sides need to be scanned and put in the same document. It is important that all details are clearly visible and match the uploaded document: - Name, - Address, - Issuer's Details, and - Issue Date must be clearly visible. Picture #1 Picture #2

11 Documents in PDF format, are preferred since it is faster and easier for Members to upload and better and easier for LEO KYC Team to verify. Make sure you fill in your details as written on your proof of address document. Name, Issue date and address need to match. Fill in postal code in Address line 2. If your city is not listed in the drop-down menu choose other as State and then other as City, then you get a new input field where you can fill in the city name.

12 When you click Save you will see the following message on your screen: Information has been saved successfully. Until your Address has been verified you will see the status Your information is pending approval. If your Proof of address has been rejected, you will get an with rejection reason and you will also see the rejection reason under Proof of Address in your Back Office. If so, then check your details and correct necessary info or documents accordingly and send your information for approval again. When your Address is verified and approved you will receive a confirmation and status of your Address verification will report: Your information has been verified.
