3 1. LOG IN Please follow the instructions below to log in to the system: Agree Terms (A) Enter lower case Username ( Address) (B) Enter case sensitive password (C) Click Login Securely (D)

4 2. NEW QUOTE a. Homepage To proceed to a new quote select from the Menu (left side of screen): Quote, New Quote and MTR Quick Quote (A) b. Assumptions Page Select Next to agree terms (A) Note: If the following assumptions do not apply, the risk will be unacceptable and you should not proceed

5 c. Quick Quote To complete a Quick Quote : Complete Proposer details (A) Complete Cover details (B) Complete Driver details (C) Select Next to proceed to next page (A)

Terms Page To save quote select Save Quote button (A) To complete a full quote select Convert to Full Quote (B) To cancel quote and return to Homepage select Abandon Quote (C) Note: Unlike the Assumptions the risk may be acceptable if the following don t apply but there may be a premium reduction / increase when the full details are entered.

7 3. FULL QUOTE Please follow the instructions below to complete a full quote: a. Proposer Tab Populate all incomplete fields (A) Click Next (B) to proceed to next page b. Cover Tab

8 Populate all incomplete fields (A) Click Next (B) to proceed to next page c. Drivers Tab

9 Populate all incomplete fields (A) Select Add another Driver if multiple drivers required Click Next (B) to proceed to next page d. Vehicles Tab

10 Enter Registration Number (A) Click Get Details (B) to auto-populate vehicle details Complete remaining blank fields (C) To save vehicle details click Save (D) Click Next to proceed to next page (E) 4. POLICY INCEPTION a. Premium Flexibility

11 To amend the premium please follow the steps below: Select Hide Premium Amendment (A) option Enter the revised premium in the Amended Quote Amount field (B) Click Apply New Premium (C) b. Incepting the Risk Please follow the instructions below to incept a risk:

12 If the risk is an MSG transfer please enter the one of the following codes in the Quote Reference field (A): o SBT MSG Renewal Transfer o SBB MSG Bespoke New Business Click Convert to New Business (B) Select Type of Certificate Required (C) to select period of cover a. 30 day - for a cover note / certificate if documentation is outstanding b. Annually for full annual certificate Select the Document Delivery Method (D) Download pre-populated Proposal Form / SoF in PDF format (E) To confirm inception click Confirm (F) c. Policy confirmation Confirmation of policy number displayed on screen

13 5. RISK REFERRAL Please follow the instructions below to refer an unacceptable risk: To refer to the UW click the Click to Refer the Quote option (A)

14 Please populate the auto-mated fields with additional information about the risk: o Attacking or Holding Broker (A) o Expiring Rate and Terms (B) o Target Premium (C) o Additional Information (D) o Personal Vehicles (E) Click Confirm (F) to continue to next page

15 6. MID-TERM ADJUSTMENT (MTA) Select MTA, New MTA (A) to start new MTA (A) Enter policy number in Go to Policy Number (B) Click Search (C) to begin new MTA 7. VEHICLE UPDATE Select MID, Add/Remove Vehicles (A) Enter policy number in Go to Policy Number (B) Click Search (C) to begin new MID update
