1 Rolls-Royce Supplier HELP Guide The supplier registration tool was built to help Rolls-Royce buyers connect with you! In an effort to streamline this process, each potential supplier is asked a series of questions, and general information about their business. To get started, suppliers must create a profile in the registration database tool. This User Guide will assist in answering questions about how to create a supplier profile, but additional questions can always be answered by Phelco Technologies (the developer of the registration database tool). At any point in time, if you need to exit the registration process, simply click on the SAVE AND RETURN TO MY PROFILE link at the bottom of any page. From there, you can log out, and you will be able to resume where you left off the next time you log in. Step 1 Create a profile: Go to: and select a unique ID and password for your company. NOTE: Usernames are case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long The address should be the address that you want to designate to receive information from Rolls-Royce Passwords are also case sensitive and it is recommended to contain both numerical and text vales Be sure to remember your username and password as these will be your access points for editing and uploading change to your personal profile. 2 Step 2 Input information. Every profile is unique, and the information you share can prove to be critical for Rolls-Royce buyers to find your business. Your profile is broken up into 5 sections, and once your profile is created, you will always have the flexibility of going back to edit and change any of your personal content. : Contact information Organizational Information Capabilities Information NAICS Codes References Each section is separated onto its own page, and each page must be saved to ensure that your profile is complete. The bottom of every page contains buttons of options for you to save and exit or save and continue. Page 2

7 NAICS Codes North American Industry Classification System ( If you are unfamiliar with your classification categories, the URL above can help you identify what codes to select on this page in the Rolls-Royce tool. First, click the code that best describes your industry. Second, from the drop down, select the PRIMARY code that most clearly fits your business. NOTE: You can add multiple NAICS codes in the other codes box, but your primary will be the one you select from the drop down menu. Page 7
