1 To register your team for an MB Mission program, you must select the Participant type option I want to register a team (I am a team leader). Once this option is selected, you must enter a Team Name. (If this name is already in use, an error is displayed.) Also enter the planned number of participants on your team. Other tips for completing this screen: The address entered must be unique as it is your login identifier. Two people in the same program cannot have the same address. Password must be at least 8 characters long. Once you have entered all of the required information, click. December Draft 1.0

2 Once you login, you will see that the page is broken into two areas: Team and Personal. You should begin by completing the Application Form in the Personal area. As a team leader, you will have a few extra fields in your application form compared to your team members. In the Team area, you will see a link to the Team Control so that you can invite new team members and also see the status of team member applications. Also remember to print and mail your team form with your deposit. When you click on the Team Control, you will see status information displayed at the top of the next screen. This information will be updated as MB Mission completes your team s application form. Please notice that your Team Number is also displayed here. The lower area of the screenlists the team members you have invited and the status of their application forms so you can do follow-up. December Draft 1.0

3 To invite new team members, simply click on the button. On the next screen, you can enter the first and last name of the team member and their . Each team member must be unique (i.e. two people cannot use the same on the program). You also have the option of adding your own message to the invitation. Once you are done, simply click on the button. As the text on the screen notes, you will be sent a copy of the invitation . Why? Many times Hotmail or Gmail accounts have junk mail filters and your team member may not receive their . By copying the invitation to you, the team leader, it is very easy to resend the invitation from your own which the user will identify. December Draft 1.0

Click the following link to register on your team: The following message was added by your team leader: { team leader message } Your team members simply click on the link in the and they will go directly to the login page where all they need to do is enter a password. The other information is prefilled for them. Manual Registration of Team Members It is possible for team members to register without an invitation by using your Team Number. On the registration page, the team member must select the Participant type option I received an invitation and want to register as a team member. When asked for the Team Number, provide your unique Team Number as displayed within the Team Control panel. December Draft 1.0

5 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q: What if someone on my team cannot come after I send an invitation? A: Please contact the program coordinator. The participant s application can be cancelled. Q: What if I mistyped the address or entered a wrong address on a sent invitation? A: Please contact the program coordinator. The participant s application can be cancelled. Send a new invitation using the correct . Q: What if a team member does not receive their invitation ? A: Have them check their junk mail. If they cannot find it, resend your copy of the invitation or have them manually register. Q: What if a team member realizes that they made a mistake on a form after they have submitted it or information such as a cell phone number has changed after submitting a form? A: Please contact the program coordinator. The form can be reopened or the program coordinator can make the change to the form in the system. Q: What if a team member forgets their password? A: There is a lost password link on the main registration page. They simply need to enter their address and a reset link will be sent to them. You can also contact the program coordinator who can also reset passwords. Q: What if I see a name in my team member list that I do not recognize? A: Please contact the program coordinator. It could be that someone manually applied to your team by mistake and the program coordinator can change their assignment. Q: How do I contact the program coordinator? A: The program coordinator s is listed on multiple screens in the application including the main login screen.
