1 DDS Report Hub Guide The DDS Report Hub is the latest addition to the webtool platform which allows the users to better manage the reports extracted from DDS. The features of the DDS Report Hub which are described in this guide include: Relative Dates Background and Scheduled Reports Report Hub (User Tab) Notifications Relative Dates This feature allows the user to query DDS reports by an offset from the current date. As shown above the report always indicates which data period will be queried based on the selected offset. The option to query by relative dates is found on the Input page of most of the reports in the DDS tool. The use of relative dates is most relevant when using the scheduling reports feature. Selecting Relative Dates will allow the user to schedule a report to be run, for instance with the latest data available fully automated as it is always related to the current date. Background and Scheduled Reports These new features are found on the input page of every report in the DDS tool, next to the Run Report button.

2 Now When selecting to run a report Now, the report will be processed immediately. If the report is significantly larger, or takes too long to generate, the report will be automatically run In Background, placing it in queue, prompting the below notification. In Background Running reports In Background will automatically send the queried report to the queue. This feature allows users to run multiple smaller reports, while the system is working on larger reports In Background simultaneously. Once the queued report is fully processed, the system sends an notification to the user s assigned address. The user needs to make sure that the address assigned to the account is up to date. This feature is explained below in the Notifications section. Scheduled This feature allows users to schedule reports to be run periodically. By clicking Run Report, the following window opens in order to configure the schedule of the automated querying. There are two option schedule report to run:

3 1. After Each Data Load The user can click Subscribe for a scheduled report to run after each data load. This report subscription will then be accessible in the Report Hub (explained further down). 2. Repeat by Timetable The user can click Subscribe for a scheduled report to run according to a specific timetable, Starting a specific date, At a specific time and to Repeat Every Day, Week or Month. This report subscription will then be accessible in the Report Hub (explained further down).

4 Report Hub The Report Hub is accessible either on the DDS Homepage or under the User tab and contains the following pages: 1. Report Downloads 2. Report History 3. Saved & Shared Reports 4. Scheduled Reports

5 1. Report Downloads The Report Download page features reports placed automatically In Background, reports Sent To Background and Scheduled Reports for up to 45 days. The user can click + to display the report input configuration. The status of the background ran report can be: Processing In Queue* - the report can be cancelled by clicking. Available - the report can be downloaded right away by clicking or deleted by clicking. The user can click to download all reports that were not previously downloaded.

6 2. Report History The Report History page features all previously ran reports, regardless of if they were placed in queue or not for up to 45 days. In this page, the user can go directly to the input page of a specific report by clicking and save a specific report by clicking (the report can be retrieved in the Saved and Shared Reports page) and click + to expand report configuration. The user can Search through Report History by clicking. This will open the following search window, where the user can search by Date Run, Report Name (full name or containing), Report Title (full title or containing) and Status. Clicking after a search will bring the user back to the Report History page.

7 3. Saved and Shared Reports The Saved and Shared Reports page lists all reports that were either Saved or Shared, classified by report type. The user can click to directly Run a specific report. 4. Scheduled Reports The Scheduled Reports page displays all scheduled reports. The user can access the input page of a specific scheduled report and Edit it by clicking and delete any scheduled reports by clicking.

8 Notifications The DDS user will receive a notification to their registered address from: do-not-reply@dds.diio.net The queried report title will appear in the subject line as follows: The default message contains a link prompting the user to download the processed report, once logged into his DDS account, along with the queried report details.

9 It is possible to set the account preferences so that the queried report is attached to the notification , if under 5MB in size, by following these steps: 1. Under the User tab, click on Account Settings. 2. In the Account Settings page, under REPORT HUB MESSAGES select Attach the Report file with the message if the file is under 5MB. 3. Save your new configuration.
