2 Q: How do I redeem the Telstra offers? All transactions must be made by logging into your RAA My Account, then visit a link to the Telstra website will become available. Then choose the offer and shop online with Telstra. 1. Log in to your RAA My Account 2. Go to page 3. Choose your offer and click the link 4. Once you click through to the Telstra s offer link, you can buy online using Telstra s standard purchase process. 5. Here's the most important step. After you have entered your credit card details to confirm the order, you will arrive at the Order confirmation page make sure you click the 'How to redeem' banner then complete the redemption form. This offer is available online only, no transactions will be made in Telstra stores or over the phone.

3 Q: I have completed my Telstra online order, what now? Did you complete the form as detailed above? Yes Then the next bill you receive from Telstra will have a 5% discount. No You will receive a confirmation from Telstra. At the bottom of the click the link to the form. If you don t do this, the discount will not be applied. But, and here s the important step, you must complete the 'How to redeem' banner then complete the redemption form after you have entered your credit card details. A screenshot of this has also been provided below. If you don t, you ll miss out on the discount!
