2 2 What is BlueBiz? BlueBiz is a website just for group Benefit Administrators. The site will provide a flexible, secure, single gateway to online service capabilities. These online service capabilities will allow Benefit Administrators greater control and management of their group benefits.

3 3 What Can I Do in BlueBiz? Request replacement Health ID cards and Benefit Booklets Print temporary ID cards for your employees Maintain Enrollment through BluesEnroll or Maintenance Lite View Group Claims (Special access required) Access and Pay your Invoices through View and Pay Invoice View Group Demographics View Member Enrollment Details (Electronic file transfer groups) Access MyBlueInsight (Special access required) Add, Modify, and Delete Benefit Administrator Access Obtain forms and administrator guides Find helpful links to other capabilities such as the Provider Directory and Prime Rx We are working on new capabilities everyday. You can expect to see this list of self service tools grow in the near future. *User access to capabilities is based upon the user s role and the groups enrollment and funding method

4 How Can I Gain Access to BlueBiz? Group decision maker completes authorization form on your behalf. Form available at Hover mouse over Employers and Benefit Administrators box. Select BlueBiz BA Self Service. You will be redirected to the BlueBiz login page. 1. Click on Web Authorization Form to obtain the form. 2. Fax completed form to (904) You will receive an indicating that you may register for BlueBiz. 4. Return to the BlueBiz website to complete registration. 4

8 8 Edit My Profile Edit My Profile will allow you to update your personal information and change your User ID or Pin.

10 10 Switch Groups The group you are currently working under will always display under your name. If you are a Benefit Administrator for multiple groups or divisions, you will need to use the Switch Group link to perform actions under another group.

11 11 Switch Groups The Switch Group link will bring you back to the group selection page.

12 12 Manage Group BAs Decision Makers and Benefit Administrator IVs can manage the Benefit Administrators that have access to BlueBiz for your group.

14 14 Manage Enrollment If your group is enrolled in BluesEnroll, our online enrollment tool, this link will allow you to link to BluesEnroll and access your enrollment. If your group is enrolled by paper applications, this link will take you to Maintenance Lite to complete enrollment adds and changes. Note: If your group is not on BluesEnroll, contact your account representative today to learn more and make the switch.

15 15 View and Pay Invoice If your group is enrolled in View and Pay Invoice, this link will allow you to access and pay your invoice. You will need a User Id and Password for this tool. If your group is not in View and Pay Invoice, contact your account representative to learn more and make the switch today.

16 16 Replacement IDs and Booklets Click on this link to request replacement health ID cards and benefit booklets for your employees.

17 17 Replacement IDs and Booklets You can only request replacement ID cards or Benefit Booklets for members in your own group. If you are a Benefit Administrator for more than one group, make sure you are working under the group you wish to request IDs for.

18 18 Temporary Health ID Cards Click on this link to print temporary health ID cards for your employees.

19 19 Temporary Health ID Cards You can print temporary health ID cards for one employee or for your entire group. If you are a Benefit Administrator for more than one group, make sure you are working under the group you wish to request IDs for.

20 20 Member Assistance Groups that are set up with special permission rights can use Member Assistance to log into MyBlueService as a member in your group and view their claims. To gain access to this feature, your group must be self funded and have an Exhibit 3 on file with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida. Contact your Account Representative to learn more.

22 22 View Group Details Click on Search For Group Enrollment to view details about your group such as addresses, contact information, benefit plans and effective dates.

25 25 View Member Enrollment The Search For Member Enrollment link is only available for groups who submit their enrollment via an electronic file transfer. BluesEnroll groups can continue to use BluesEnroll to view enrollment. Paper enrolled groups can contact their account representative to sign up for BluesEnroll.

26 26 View Member Enrollment Search For Member Enrollment will bring you to a list of members in your group. When you first come to this page you will only see the members in the division you selected. You can change the division drop down to All to see all members in all divisions. Only the first 500 members will be returned in the search. Use the page buttons Previous and Next to scroll through the members. *You will only see the members in the divisions that you have access to.
