3 Welcome ElectMyBenefits.com To begin your enrollment, please select New User Registration or Returning Users. Returning Users Click on Returning User button if you have completed the registration process and have verified your account with our system. New Users Registration If you are new to the site, click the New User Registration button to begin the registration process. Valid Account In order to register with ElectMyBenefits.com you will need a valid account. If you do not have an account you may obtain one at any number of free providers available on the Internet. *You will need a valid account and have access to that account to complete the registration process. 1
4 New User Registration Valid Account To activate your profile, please fill out all required fields: Address, Date of Birth, Last 4 of SSN, Zip Code Click on the Verify Profile button to continue. Once your profile has been verified an from support@admindirect.com will be sent to the account that you provided. *You must have access to your account to complete the verification process Profile Error Message - If our system can not locate your account with the criteria your enter, please contact HR for further assistence. (Unable to locate your profile based on the entered criteria. Please check your entries and try again. If this continues, please contact your human resources administrator for further assistance.) Verification Please review and click on the link (Click here to verify your ). You will then be re-directed back to ElectMyBenefits.com where you will set-up your password Please read the System Usage Agreement and click the box to agree with the terms and conditions. Once you have checked the box select the next button at the bottom of the page to continue. I agree to the terms and conditions Your employer welcome page contains a variety of information about your benefits, the systems and other issues. Once you have reviewed the information click next to continue. 2
5 Returning User and Password To log into ElectMyBenefits.com you need to use your validated account and password. Please note: If you do not remember your password click on the Reset Password button. You will be re-directed to the Reset Password page to enter your account. When you click the Reset Password button an will be sent to your account with a link to the ElectMyBenefits.com, Password Set- Up / Change page. Security Code The Security Code is an additional security function to protect your private information. Please enter the security code. If you can not read the code, click on the link to refresh the security code image. Login Click Login button to enter the site. Show another code Login System Usage Agreement Please read the System Usage Agreement and click the box to agree with the terms and conditions. Once you have checked the box, select the next button at the bottom of the page to continue. I agree to the terms and conditions Your employer welcome page contains a variety of information about your benefits, the systems and other issues. Once you have reviewed the information, click next to continue. 3
6 Benefit Portal Portal Button List Welcome to your benefits portal. The portal allows you to review information about your benefits package, manage your benefits,access previously completed forms/applications, and much more. My Current Benefits Allows you to view a summary of current plans, dependents, premiums, and any adjustments that will be made on the renewal date. Benefit Information Lists the name of your coverage plan(s) and provides links to plan brochures and directories. Manage My Benefits/Begin Enrollment Begins the election of benefits and lets you review and choose coverage options at your own pace. Manage My Beneficiaries Lists your designated beneficiaries for selected benefit plans. Contact your HR department to make any changes. Manage My Profile Allows you to view and update your address, password, and your personal information. My Request Archive This page displays applications completed in the last 6 to 12 months. Contacts View the names and numbers of call centers and/or other contacts for benefit information. 4
7 Benefit Category Navigator In Benefit Category Navigator you will be making elections for each of the benefit categories available in your benefits package. Begin by clicking the illuminated benefits category. As you complete a category it will show as completed and the next category in the sequence will illuminate for you to select. Once you have visited and made an election in each category the Checkout option will illuminate so you may complete the enrollment process. You may return to any category you have previously reviewed to make modifications. If you make modifications within a category after completing the Checkout process, you will need to Checkout again to finalize your most recent requests. Active Benefit This button will illuminate when the benefit is available for enrollment. Completed Benefit When the enrollment process for a given benefit has been completed, the button will display the word Completed with a check mark. Unavailable Benefits Benefits currently not available and can not be selected. Please complete the previous benefit before continuing. Checkout The Checkout button becomes available when you have completed all required categories. Your selections are not finalized until you have completed the Checkout. Please note: You will receive an confirming the completion of your online benefits enrollment throught ElectMyBenefits.com. 5
