1 Leads After logging in successfully, a list of all the leads generated from your exclusive postcode or postcodes will be displayed. You are able to view the details of your leads, create follow up property reports, and manage the leads for the brands that you have exclusive postcodes for. If you have subscribed to postcodes from both HomeGuru and OzHomeValue, you will see leads from both brands. If you have only subscribed to one of the brands, you will only see leads from that particular brand. 1

2 For each lead the following will be displayed: Brand which it belongs to - HomeGuru or OzHomeValue Lead Status - New Lead, Contacted, Report Created, Report Sent & Archived Property Type - House, Apartment, Townhouse & Land Property Address - with a hyperlink to the property s lead detail page Date Received Date Report Sent Contacted check box Reminder - Set a calendar reminder Actions - View lead details, create, preview & send a follow up property report 2

3 View Lead Details To view the lead details, simply select the Property Address hyperlink, or the green View Lead Details button under the Actions column. The following screen will appear: 3

4 From here you will be able to: View the initial property report View and edit the Property s Details, Special Features and Consumer Details Create, Preview & Send a Follow Up Report Print the lead details page Set a Reminder Archive the lead Add notes specific to the lead View Report To view the initial property report which was sent from the system to the consumer, simply select the View Report button. The report will open in a new window for you to view. 4

5 Edit Property & Consumer Details If you wish to edit the Property and/or Consumer s Details, simply select the Edit button. For any changes made to this section, please remember to select the Save button to update the details. 5

6 Create Follow Up Report In 3 simple steps, create a Follow Up Report in a to send to the consumer. 1. Enter in a Report Message 2. Enter in a Price Range 3. Select Comparable Properties 6

7 1. Report Message Enter a personalised message to display on the report. Select from one of your saved messages or type in a custom message in the field provided. These messages are saved and can be edited in the Settings section of your account. Alternatively, you can leave this blank. 2. Price Range Enter the estimated price range for the property, from minimum to maximum. No dollar signs, commas or decimal places are required. 3. Comparable Properties Add comparable property sales to display in your Follow Up Report. To view a list of comparable properties select the green + button 7

8 The following pop up window will appear. Select from the drop-down menus and enter either the Suburb or Postcode to locate a list of comparable sales. Please note that the State is compulsory. Select the green search button. The following search results list will appear. To add comparable sales to your report, simply select the green + button next to each property. Once you have selected your comparable sales, select the x at the top right hand side of the window to return to the main report creation screen. 8

9 To remove any selected comparable sales, select the delete button next to the property. To save and preview the report, simply click the Save & Preview Report button. 9

10 The Follow Up Report will open in a new window for you to preview. 10

11 If you are happy with the information you have entered and would like to send the report to the consumer, simply return to your lead details screen and select the Send Report button. 11

12 Once you have sent the report you are able to Update & View Report and Resend Report. Scrolling to the top of the Lead Details page you are also able to view the Initial Property Report by selecting the View Report button and view the Follow Up Property Report by selecting the View Follow-up Report button. 12

13 Print Select the Print button to the print the Lead Details page for your reference. Set Reminder Set a reminder for the Lead by selecting the Set Reminder button on the Lead Details page. 13

14 You can also set a Reminder by selecting the blue Archive button on the Leads list view page. A pop will appear for you to create the Lead Reminder. Enter in a date and time for the reminder notifications to be sent to you. Select the checkbox to Remind by or Remind by SMS, you can also choose both options. Enter in the reminder notes that will be ed to you. Select the appropriate radio button options for SMS notification - Reminder me to send follow up report or Remind me to follow up with consumer. Select the Set Reminder button to save your reminder details. 14

15 For any reminders that you have set, you will receive either an or SMS or both, depending on which options you chose. The notification will look like the following, and allow you to access to the Lead Details page via the click here hyperlink. The SMS notification will look like the following 15

16 Archive If you archive your lead it will no longer appear on your Leads page in your account by default. You can archive a leads by selecting the Archive button on the Lead Details page or via the orange Archive button on the Leads list view page. 16

17 Once you have Archived a lead, you will only be able to view the lead by using the search filters on the Lead list view page. You can revert the leads that you have archived by selecting the grey Restore button on the right hand side under the Actions column. The leads that have been restored will now reappear on the Leads list view page. 17
