3 Submit your account activation request Click on Activate Account Read the instructions carefully and complete all fields from Page 1 to 5 3

4 Read & follow the procedures outlined on Page 6 carefully 4

5 Study Permit no. is on the top right corner of your Study Permit document. On Page 7 enter your Study Permit no., Passport no. & other details. Upload images exactly as instructed before you click on Submit 5

6 The above message will be displayed on successful submission of your account activation request. Now, check your Secure mailbox for a Bank Statement 6

7 Bank Statement (IBC-Investment Balance Confirmation): Download the Investment Balance Confirmation (IBC) from your secure mailbox. IBC works as a Bank Statement & serves as a proof of your Canadian address. A sample Bank Statement (IBC) 7

8 Within 1-2 business days, we will send an to your personal ID notifying one of the following 2 scenarios: A Discrepancy notification: If there IS a discrepancy in your account activation request, we will notify you through your personal ID. You must resolve it in order to activate your account. B In person verification: If there is NO discrepancy in your activation request, you will receive an from BackCheck Canada Post: Follow the instructions from BackCheck & visit a Canada Post location nearest to you. Go through the next few screens to learn more 8
