2 Key Points The coupon is valid only at the STIHL retailer listed on the . Retailers must confirm the security code before issuing the discount. Retailers enter only security code, type of accessories received for free using the coupon and serial number (or select KM attachment from dropdown) to confirm validity. An invalid serial number will not stop the process, but the retailer will receive a message stating it is an unknown serial number. Re-type the serial number or click continue to proceed with coupon redemption. You may get an error message if you do not type in the name of the accessories they received for free. Security codes can only be used once. After they are entered one time, they become inactive.

6 E-Loyalty Coupon Redemption To redeem a security code, click the Submit a Claim link. On this page, you can also view your redemptions from past E- Loyalty campaigns using the Successfully Submitted Promotions Coupons drop down.

7 E-Loyalty Coupon Redemption Once you click the Submit a Claim link, you will enter the E-Loyalty security code and serial number (unit) or click Attachment for a KombiSystem Attachment from the drop down. Then type in the kind of accessories that were received free using the $20 accessory coupon (ex. chaps, trimmer line, hearing protection, etc.). Click the submit button. You will receive a confirmation message or a message letting you know if the coupon cannot be redeemed for some reason.
