This information network is designed to support information exchange across your business. ESE allows cross-company/crossdepartmental collaboration bringing social media and contextual information together in a single tool. 3

6 Social Enterprise Epicor Social Enterprise is available in two versions. Standard Edition. Advanced Edition. 6

7 Standard Edition Embedded within all versions of Epicor ERP v.10 onwards. Delivered with predefined rules and notifications. Standard rules cannot be changed. Open Groups, with no membership controls. Limited to a single notification source. 7

8 Advanced Edition Targeted at organisations with more in depth needs. Supports the creation of user defined notification profiles and rules. Allows the predefined notification profiles and rules to be amended. Allows for unlimited notification profiles and rules. Unlimited Open Groups Supports private groups (i.e. Groups with membership controls). Unlimited number of notification sources connects to multiple Epicor ERP 10 Databases. Multiple search criteria in one column (i.e. use of OR & AND terms). Free text search terms 8

10 ESE Profiles & Rules Customer examples Customer Tracking Profile on Customer Table Customer updated - This message is triggered whenever a customer is changed, but none of the more specific messages have been triggered. New Customer - This message is generated whenever a new customer is added to the system. It is just a simple link to view the customer. Customer Group Changed - If the customer is assigned to a new or different customer group, this message will trigger. Customer on credit hold - This message is triggered when the customer is placed on Credit hold. Customer taken off hold - This message is triggered when a customer is removed from credit hold. 10

Accounts Payable Invoice Tracking Profile on APInvHed table: A Debit Memo has been created - This message is generated whenever a new debit memo has been created. 11
