1 Use these step-by-step instructions to manage user accounts within your club or organization. Go to and click Login in the upper right corner. Login as Club Admin for a single club location, or Org Admin for multiple club locations Enter your dotfit username and password. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 1

2 Click on Trainers or Staff to manage/add these employees or click CONSOLES to access the console options. To add a new Account, simply click Add New Trainer. The process is the same when adding a Staff Account. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 2

3 Complete the fields in this pop-up window to add a new trainer account. The CLUB field will be completed for a Club Admin but the Org Admin will need to designate (each Trainer and Staff Account will be linked to your Default Trainer for reporting purposes). Not all fields are required, but you need to include a valid address for your trainer/staff member. When finished, click Save. Then click Close Window and your new Trainer Account will appear in the list. You may need to refresh your page. Once the account has been added, dotfit will send them an with their username and password. To manage members click on Members Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 3

4 The Org Admin member view provides detailed information about each member including their club, trainer, program access, recurring order, subscription, etc. You can also login as the member to view their program. To add a member click Add Member. Fill in all information as completely as possible. The must be valid as the system will send the new member a welcome with their username and password. Once complete, click Save then Close Window. The member will be added to your list. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 4

5 Click on a member name to view their details and to reassign their club and/or trainer as needed. You can click on their to send a communication. The Members page for a Club Admin opens to blank Add Member form. Just fill in all possible information; make sure to enter a valid . Club Admin will assign the trainer while an Org Admin will need to assign club and trainer. When finished, click Save. Then click Close Window and your new member account will appear in your member list. You may need to refresh your page. Once the account has been added, dotfit will send them an with their username and password. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 5

6 The Club Admin Member details page also has diverse functionality Edit member personal data and re-assign trainer as needed. Click on Manage dotfit Me Program to view member program Check Allow medical release to release a member that has provided their signed medical release form as indicated (trainers also have this function) Check Client has exerspy if member makes the purchases Also view recurring order, saved carts and subscription Always remember to click Save after any change. 7 To manage Club Administrators click Club Admins. Click here to add a new club admin or click on an existing club admin to view/edit their details or you can inactivate their account. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 7

8 Once Add New Administrator is selected simply fill in the user information, select role(s) and click save. The same type of function is available for managing Org Administrators. From the Org Console click Manage Clubs to edit club details and view/manage members as necessary. Org & Club Admin Resource Managing User Accounts 8
