6 Overview Link Statistic Section The statistics section has the following items: Open SDRs where status not in Closed or Void and Overdue SDRs for timeframe: 1-15 Days, days, days, above 45 days, The SDR age is calculated from SDR creation Date to Current Date. Statistics by Status (INITIATED, CLOSED, CLEARED) count SDRs today, this week and this month SDR summary based on actual situation, per status: INITIATED, QUALITY SIGNATURE, DISPOSITION AVAILABLE, DISPOSITION ACKNOWLEDGED, CLEARED

7 SDR Archive feature This report shows main information about each SDR in the system, allowing select a range of data or a specific SDR. User is able to select the main information is necessary from the list, clicking or removing the flag. It is possible to add a note for each SDR; stored into the application for next releases.

8 SDR Archive feature User will provide Initiated Date and To Date and click on Build List button. It is possible to select a single SDR from the related list of value. Add SDR note feature is used to add information on a selected SDR. This note will be displayed immediately and showed in the History Result. With Export To Excel button, user can save details on.xls file

9 Search SDR num Click on Search button to perform any kind of allowed search into the application After clicking the button, system displays following pop up form where the user is able to fill specific criterias necessary. It is possible to search for any SDR that belongs the businesses available for the user. Every user has the possibility to search only the SDR in his Dashboard, that is, only the SDRs he is granted to manage. By default criteria selects SDR with: Status less or equal to 8 CLEARED My SDRs = Y : displays all the SDRs where the user has been included in the routing, without reference to the current queue. MY Workload = Y: displays all the SDRs that are currently assigned to the user NO CHANGE DEFAULT CRITERIA IF USER NEEDS SDRS THAT LOOK FOR HIS ACTION, User is able to change as per needed.

10 Search SDR num example 1 look for sdrs that need an action from the user: Displays list of SDRs still open where user is the reference person for next action 2 look for sdrs on which user has already made an action Displays list of SDRs still open where user is the reference person for next action 3 look for sdrs related to a supplier (not available for Supplier role) Displays list of all open SDRs related to the selected supplier code, without reference to the user actions on the SDRs themselves (it is possible to see ALL the SDRs belongs to the business of the user, even if he is not working on them)

11 Search SDR# Quick search is used to go directly into an SDR where the number is known. The input is an SDR#. User is able to see SDRs belong to GEE businesses enable for the user himself After clicking the arrow button, system redirects to selected SDR Header page if existing, otherwise this message is shown: SDR not found.

12 On line tutorial and Need help Need help functionality will allow to download an user guide related to the web page where the user is posted. This file will help user in working on this form and take the correct actions. Document is not present in any form. If you need to change or add something into the document, please open a ticket.

13 Tolltips functionality Critical fields have today a new description. Move the mouse over the field name, and the system will display the description related. If you need to change or add a tooltip, please open a ticket.

14 SDR Creation Every user logged into SDR with a role that has the SDR Create privilege can create a new SDR and fill all the necessary information to allow in the next process steps the complete disposition for each inserted deviation. The SDR creation process starts with the menu action New SDR SDR is composed by an Header section, where information about PO, items, supplier, GE reference and other data are present and by a deviation section, where information about deviation, disposition and sign off are present.

15 SDR Creation Header Section The PO Information is defined by two section: an header section with PO Number and Release Number and a lines section with PO Line, PO Quantity, Project and Defect Quantity. The first data to be defined by the user is the PO Number or the PO Number and the Release Number in case of blanket. Next to these fields will be defined the button Validate. If the PO header data validation succeeds then a row with the following fields will be shown to the user: PO Line, Defect Quantity, PO Quantity, Project, Validate button.

16 SDR Creation Header Section The SDR# is defined by a letter relative to the Business, the year and a sequence of five digit. The GEE Bus is the business related to the PO field and thus can be automatically filled when the PO header data are validated by the system. In case user provides a PO not available then the system will show an error and will allow the user to proceed with a no validated Po only in case user has this privilege and user select the business not validated

17 Message from system in case PO is not validated for the user who is creating the SDR All values need to be filled manually in case of not Valid org GEE business. Manually SDR could be managed only by users enabled for the GEE business selected

18 SDR Creation PO information Section User will provide only PO Line and Defect quantity, that is the quantity of pieces with a defect for the inserted PO line. Remaining fields will be automatically populated by the system after PO line validation clicking the Validate button. If the Job has been considered into Special Job the additional field will be visible If the PO line validation succeeds a new row will be inserted under the current PO line. User can provide a new PO line belongs the same item code. There is no possibility to fill PO lines belongs to different items in a single SDR. The item section will be enabled by the user only if PO header is validated and at least one PO line is validated. The Remove button will be used for remove PO lines already validated. At least one validated PO line is necessary for SDR creation.

19 SDR Creation Other sections Many fields are automatically populated after PO line validation: Item, Item Description, Product Code, Unit Of Measure, Supplier Name, Supplier code, Buyer Name Supplier Site is list of all supplier sites based on Supplier Code. Supplier Contact is list of user contacts relevant to supplier code-site Primary GE Reference is list of all applicable SQE selected by the system Other GE Reference is a drop down list of all SDR users with roles SQE PQE or Cell inspector FYI Name and FLY will used in all mail that will be sent from application related to this SDR Click Next to go in the Deviation tab

20 SDR Creation Deviation tab A deviation is a request initiated by Supplier to deviate from purchase order technical requirements (drawings, specifications, engineering instructions, ) Deviation tab will be defined by: PO information contains all PO data inserted on Header tab Deviation information contains deviation data (quantity, category, code), description, Sub-assembly/Component, Material or Drawing substitution required and part/drawing substitution

21 HEADER Display main data related to esdr, filled into Header Section INFORMATION ON THE DEFECT AND THE TYPE OF NC Through a drop down menu the user must describe the defect and indicate the type of machine that is part of the component and sub-component AND it is used to classify and manage a NC procedure INFORMATION ON THE SOLUTION AVAILABLE ON THE NC The user can choose one one the 5 listed. Each of which opens a pop-up for the inclusion S/N RESPONSABITY: Info are listed entity responsabile for NC

22 The user must be fill the following fields: Dev Qty: that is the quantity of pieces that have the defect specified on the deviation. Each Deviation quantity must be less or equal to the defect quantity Category: will be a LOV defined on Admin. Dev code: will be a LOV defined on NCR. In Category and Dev Code fields the quick search is available: typing partial chars in the field will be display like a dropdown list selectable by user Deviation Description it s a free text where the deviation information need to be stored The Deviation description allows inserting multiple notes, for each note the system stores the creator and the creation date. The note has a limited size (2500 characters). As last steps, the user has to choice Save and Route the deviation. If another deviation has to be created, then the user has to click on the New Dev button.

23 New Dev button is used to add new deviation in the SDR process. Since the SDR status is a function of every deviation/disposition signature and considering that the new deviation doesn t have any signature, the SDR status goes back to the first one, which is INITIATED. Cancel button is available only if the deviation status is INITIATED. When all deviations have been submitted, the user has to click the Route SDR or Save Dev button. Route SDR allows the user to direct the SDR to the appropriate queue. In case there are many deviation, user can change deviations with deviation number selection

24 In case the same PO line is impacted both by missing materials and additional activities, more than a simple assembly of the material, it is necessary to create two deviation, one for missing material and the second for additional activity. In order to create another deviation, press New Dev and fill all the data in the second deviation. Pay attention to the drop down menu on the right to verify in which deviation you are working.

25 SDR Creation Insert LISL for Missing material Deviation only For Nuovo Pingone Businesses, in case SDR is opened due to Missing material, system displays a lablel, Upload Missed Item list. Clicking on this hyperlink, a new popup will be opened and Supplier will mandatory fill Lisl Details. List of Deviation codes requiring list are listed in next page.

28 A Upload LISL by xls file. Click on the hyperlink to download a template XLS file XLS file is structured like an extract of the LISL. It means that starting from the final LISL, Supplier can simpy copy&past value on the template file

31 A Upload LISL by xls file. Uploading the file, system will return following error in case there is no errors: Delete emtpy rows from the excel Row selected has been inserted twice Row selected is not belongs PO lines or/and projects of the current SDR

32 B - Insert promised date massively Insert the promised date in the related field (A) and select the line impacted (B): supplier can use Select all (C) button to select all the line impacted. A C B D Press Fill to selected Row in order to insert Promised date on the selected rows. Save the work to freeze changes.

33 C Insert manually LISL missed item records Use the bottom section to fill manually data Fill data corresponding to the related column. Click ADD button for storing the data.

36 SDR Creation Insert Serial number The user can insert the serials if he wants clicking on the hyperlink Insert Serial Number. If the user chose to define serials for the deviation then even the disposition will be defined on the serials Use a massive upload functionality if quantity is huge. System will allow to insert serial numbers till Deviation quantity.

37 SDR Creation Deviation tab Sub-assembly/Component: to be used if deviation is related to a sub- component. In this case the user must click the checkbox Sub- Assembly/Component and provide Item and Item Description. Material or Drawing substitution required: If the user wants to require substitution of an item then he can check the Item Substitution Required and provide From Item, From Rev, To Item and To Rev. Part/Drawing Substitution: If the user wants to require substitution of a drawing. The item or drawing substitution will be provided only by the user that have Material or Drawing substitution privilege.

38 SDR Routing to another queue When an SDR is created on the database, the SDR will be assigned to the user default queue. Only users belong the same queue where SDR has been routed could manage the SDR and change the value. At every step of the process an SDR can be routed to one or more different queues in order to ask for approval from each single role necessary as per SDR. To Route a deviation, click on Route SDR. A popup form will be opened: 1 Select a proper queue from the available list and click < 2 FLAG an user from the list. Use the quick search on the bottom to reduce the list. New! 3 Insert a comment, if needed. 4 Click OK to route the deviation

39 SDR Routing to another queue Additional information on Routing page: Current Queues area is the list of all SDR actual queues. New! Use On line tutorial to view all user guided on the application Use Need Help to view the guide for this page Use Request access for user to send an to a not listed user in order to inform him to ask access. CLICK ALLOW TO THE MESSAGE. When user selects queues in the Available Queues area, the selected one will be moved into Next Queues area.

40 SDR Update Deviation User can open the sdr if the visibility rule allow it to him, but when he decides to update or insert information he has to lock the sdr. Lock For Edit function will allow him to open if and only if the sdr is in his active queues and other user does not lock it. When user finishes to work on sdr, he can use Release Lock to unlock the sdr, and if he changes something without save, the system will ask him to save. Click Next to perform the actions on Deviation tab

41 Print SDR It is possible to Print the SDR by any user is able to open it. Any user that is enabled for the GEE business is able to open the SDR.

42 Copy SDR It is possible to Copy the SDR by any user is able to open it. Any user that is enabled for the GEE business is able to open the SDR. Original SDR number is highlighted here

43 Pending Additional Info Flagging this value, people advice that SDR is waiting for feedback. Flag needs to be press in order to advice that current user is not responsible for the delay, and need to wait for external input before proceed. Information is visible into SDR Dashboard.

44 Clicking on button, system generates an to be sent by the person who press the button to any address, as per standard MS Outlook functionality.

45 Deviation management Any Deviation inserted by the creator need to be managed by the GE reference. Deviation could be Cancelled since status Disposition Acknowlege Route to Supplier, in case of new information or correction are needed Route to the correct function for acknowledge, if needed Sent to NCR if it s necessary to move the goods to GE shop Closed, performing all the steps required by the system. If SDR is voided, than is voided any Deviation included into that SDR. Is GE representative ownership to forward Deviation to correct function
