1 Conflict Review Requestor/Customer: Thank you for considering the impact of your project upon the operation and maintenance of SRP facilities. In order to accommodate your needs in a responsible manner that enables you to effectively proceed with your project, the SRP Land Department, Land Rights Management Division, will facilitate and coordinate a Conflict Review Process of your proposed improvements with existing SRP Facilities and Land Rights. SRP has many planning, design, construction, operational and maintenance groups that require the opportunity to review proposed encroachments upon its existing facilities and the associated land rights protecting those facilities. Involving SRP in the initial stages of your project planning and design will reduce overall conflicts, minimize changes and shorten response times enabling your project to stay on track. The SRP Existing Facility and Land Right Conflict Review Process and related contact list are included with this letter, attached to this and/or available on line at select Existing Facility Conflict Review Process. 2 SRP Existing Facility and Land Right Conflict Review Process The Requestor will send one set of plans directly to each member of the Core SRP Operation Groups for initial review. The Core SRP Operations Groups their respective representatives and contact information for each is included on the attached lists. Please note that there are separate lists for both the east and west areas of the valley. SRP Land will review each submittal for potential conflicts with additional SRP facilities and may ask the Requestor to submit additional plans to representatives of the Other SRP Operation Groups. The Other SRP Operations Groups their respective representatives and contact information for each is included on the attached list. Please include with your submittal a cover sheet with the following information: o Date of Conflict Review request o Requested Due Date o Project Reference Number and Project Name o Plan Completion Percentage (30%, 60%, etc.) o Complete contact information for direct responses to plan submittals including addresses, office and cell phone numbers, delivery and mailing addresses. o List of SRP staff to whom you have sent the request Requestor will be contacted by the SRP Land Department Conflict Review Coordinator to confirm receipt of plans. Requestor will be contacted by members of the SRP Operations Groups which have identified conflicts with SRP facilities and/or land rights. Initial review responses will take 10 to 14 working days to complete. A Land Agent will be assigned to facilitate the Conflict Resolution Process. The Land Agent will contact the Requestor and provide a general summary of the outstanding issues and the prescribed resolutions and if applicable, confirmation of no existing conflict. 3 Subsequent plans will be submitted to all original reviewing SRP Operations Groups unless notified otherwise by the SRP Land Agent. Please include only those plan sheets that are relative to SRP facilities and/or land rights. Upon final resolution of any/all conflicts with existing SRP facilities (other than the relocation of SRP facilities) the SRP Land Agent will issue a written confirmation to the Requestor and any affected SRP operational groups, that all operational issues related to existing SRP facilities and Land Rights have been satisfied, 100% plans received and if any, land right documents executed. Providing the following information will assist in expediting SRP Conflict Reviews o Unless specified otherwise by each SRP Operational Group on the attached contact lists plans submitted for review shall be full size, to scale with a minimum size of 24 x 36. o Identify SRP facilities on submitted plans. o Identify SRP Land Rights on submitted plans. o Identify current and proposed improvements. SRP appreciates the opportunity to review any plans which are submitted no matter the level of detail provided. However, our ability to specifically identify potential conflicts upon initial review will be limited by the information provided by the submitted plans. Please remember that this process addresses only conflicts with existing facilities and does not include request for the design and construction of new facilities or the relocation of existing facilities as a result of planned improvements.
