Here you can enter your Skype, Skype for Business (S4B), Cisco WebEx and Adobe Connect credentials for its integration with OneScreen. *Please note: OneScreen integrates with other video/audio platforms referred to here as Apps. 3

Apps: Allows you to add/ remove shortcuts to your favorite Apps and documents with the following steps. 4

5 3.1 Apps 1. Once you have entered the Apps menu via the Hamburger menu, you will be able to edit, add and remove Apps or documents. These Apps and documents show up on the Homepage and can then be opened as quick links. 2. To add a new App to your OneScreen Homepage, click on the Add App button. Once in that menu, you will need to give a name to your App, define the path of your App by browsing to it across your computer, select whether to display it by selecting it as an Active App and choose an icon one from our given set of icons. After this, the link to this App or document will be added to and accessible on your Homepage. 5

7 3.3 Help The Help screen includes video guides for easy Hardware installation and setup of your OneScreen unit. The Help menu will also take you to our OneScreen YouTube channel with additional tutorials on using OneScreen. * Requires internet connectivity. 7

8 3.4 Tutorial The Tutorial is a comprehensive guide to the feature set of the OneScreen Software. The Screen Skills Guru or? link will contact the Support Representatives via OneScreen video, phone, or chat message. 4. User Button The User button is displayed beneath the Hamburger icon and will lead to a menu that includes Contacts and Meetings. 4.1 Contacts Menu 8

Click on the Contacts button, a window will appear and from there you will be able to do the following: View all your contacts from OneScreen Connect, Skype, Skype for Business/Lync, Video Systems

10 4.2 Meetings Menu The Meetings menu is displayed beneath the Contacts menu. It will allow you to do the following: Set up OneScreen Connect meetings Set up meetings between OneScreen Connect, Skype for Business/ Lync and SIP rooms. Set up WebEx meetings Set up Adobe Connect Meetings 10

11 4.2.1 Start a New Meeting 1. Click on the New Meeting button. 2. You will be directed to the OneScreen Connect video conferencing interface and immediately begin a meeting. From there, you will have access to other functionality options regarding that meeting. 11

12 4.2.2 Join a New Meeting 1. Click on join meeting. 2. A box will appear in which you will have to enter the OneScreen Meeting Room ID. 3. Once you enter the specific meeting room ID, you will be added to that meeting Schedule a Meeting 1. Click the schedule button. 12

You can also add participants by entering their email address if they are not in your Contacts list. 5.

13 2. You will be directed to your Contacts screen. 3. From there you can access your OneScreen and Skype for Business (S4B) contacts and decide which ones to add to the meeting. 4. Enter the address of the participant and select the option for how they will join the meeting (WebRTC, Video System, or Lync) and click Add. 7. Once you have added all your participants, enter a Subject for your meeting and set the date and time. 13

14 8. Click Send Invite. 9. A screen will appear that will give you a list of options to select the room in which you are required to conduct your meeting. It will also select the most suitable room based on the platform each of the attendees will be using, and highlight/recommend it. 10. Click on the recommended room. 11. Once you click on your desired meeting room, invitations will be sent to all the participants. An will be sent to the participants and will include the instructions for joining the meeting. 5. OneScreen Network Ports The following is a list of network ports used by the OneScreen client and the OneScreen Server (OSS). 5.1 Firewall access needed for Client on network to remote OSS The OneScreen client initiates an outbound connection to the server to establish communication. The primary option is UDP and TCP port 46000, which are attempted first. If those ports are not available, connection via TCP port 443 is tried and finally RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) is attempted. Ports needed: One of the following for OneScreen traffic TCP Port UDP port TCP Port 443 (Can be used to carry OneScreen traffic) RTSP is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. Many firewalls allow RTSP traffic by default. It is made up of the following ports: 1. TCP Port 554 (Signaling) 2. UDP ports through are opened dynamically by firewall RTSP inspection, but can be opened to the address of the OSS if RTSP inspection is not available on the firewall. For general operation TCP Port 80 TCP Port 443 RTSP is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. Many firewalls allow RTSP traffic by default. It is made up of the following ports: 1. TCP Port 554 (Signaling) 2. UDP ports through are opened dynamically by firewall RTSP inspection, but can be opened to the address of the OSS if RTSP inspection is not available on the firewall. The OneScreen servers are located in the following IP space: US :

15 5.2 Ports needed to be accessed if hosting OSS behind a firewall The OSS must be reachable by all client devices and support management via HTTP and HTTPS. It requires the following ports to be available for inbound access for all desired end points it will support. The OSS also terminates all H.323 and SIP connections and requires access for these ports as well. TCP Port UDP port TCP Port 443 TCP port 80 RTSP is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. Many firewalls allow RTSP traffic by default. It is made up of the following ports: 1. TCP Port 554 (Signaling) 2. H.323 is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. It is made up of the following: TCP Port 1720 (Signaling) UDP ports 1024 through are opened dynamically by the Protocol but can be set open if not available on firewall SIP is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. It is made up of the following: TCP Port 5060 (Signaling) UDP ports through are opened dynamically by the Protocol but can be set open if not available on firewall 5.3 Port required between Federated OSS/G It is suggested that federated OSS allow all ports access between them, and simply grant permission by IP in both directions. If it is required to limit the ports, the following need to be open in both directions: TCP Port UDP port TCP Port 443 TCP port 80 RTSP - This is a standard protocol and settings are usually available to enable it on enterprise firewalls. It is made up of the following: 1. TCP Port 554 (Signaling) 2. UDP ports through are opened dynamically by firewall RTSP inspection, but can be opened to the address of the OSS if RTSP inspection is not available on the firewall In addition, in multiple OSS configurations each OSS must have MySQL access to the main database server: TCP Port
