( Do Not Reveal to Others! ) ( please contact sales@sintron.co.uk to get API key/device ID if you don't receive it ) For the first time when you use the smart plug, you will need to setup the Wi-Fi, and there are 2 methods as below. APP setup method ( Recommended for beginners ) 1 ) iphone user please go to App Store to download Espressif Esptouch Android user please go to Google Play to download ESP8266 SmartConfig 2 ) Make sure your Smart Phone is connected to your home Wi- Fi, then open Espressif Esptouch ( or ESP8266 Smart Config ) ( please also turn off cellular data ) 3 ) SSID would show up automatically,enter Your Wi-Fi password, then Power plugon. After it keeps blinking, press

3 4 ) Make sure you can see the Execute Result message pop up to indicate the Wi- Fi setup is done. Good Job, Part 1. is done. you can jump to Part 2 now.

5 !"#$ 2% Generate Turn on/off Control Command ( necessary, but amazon alexa can skip this step ) Please Scan QR code you received and copy the API token. then go here: Generate Your Control Command Paste the turn on/off comaand to browser ( Google Chrome or Safari ) and see if you can control the Plug now. if you can control Plug now, good job! if not, please Check Part 1. and Part 2 once again Then go to Part 3. Please check if the API Key is filled in correct, no space after the API. Also c h eck if the inte r net si gn al is good. (2) How much po w er c osumed for this d evice, will it cost a lot for electricit y bill? This consumes 0.5w only if the power is not on. That s to say, it only co st you l ess t h an 0.5 kwh. ( less th an $0.5 in most countr ies. ) (3) Can i conne ct this t o washer? The maximum power consumption limit is 10A. So please make sure your washer machine is within 10A.
