Memory Builder 3.0 Getting Started Memory Builder Detailed Information Creating a multimedia supplement is simple once students are familiar with the software structure. Most of the pages created will be standard layout pages. These are pages that display photos of the events, organizations, and candid moments that take place during the school year. In addition to standard pages, schools may present each member of the student body and faculty in the Class Portrait section. Class Portraits are usually studio photos of each individual organized by grade with their name and other optional information. Class Portraits are handled differently than standard pages because they are automatically alphabetized and subsequently, generate the appropriate number of pages based on the number of photos provided. In this section, students will find the following detailed information and instructions: Becoming Familiar With the Workspace How-To Guide o Project Structure including adding and moving pages and sections o Page Objects images, text, videos, and other things that go on pages o Class Portraits o Presentation Concerns school name, navigation, background music, etc. o Readying the Multimedia Supplement for Publication Appendices o Appendix A: Page Templates o Appendix B: Portrait Page Templates o Appendix C: Master Borders o Appendix D: Backgrounds o Appendix E: The Builder Resources Folder o Appendix F: Preparing Your Media Files o Appendix G: Submission Forms Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 17

Memory Builder 3.0 Getting Started Contents Window The Contents window displays the Sections and Pages of your project. There are several ways to navigate in the Contents window. o Sections and Pages are moved freely by click-dragging them to the desired location in the Contents window. o To delete Sections and Pages, select the Section or Page then click on the icon. o Right-clicking on selected Sections or Pages and select the correct action from the drop menu options shown: Master Objects Layer The Master Objects Layer (indicated by the M icon in the Contents Window) is a transparency that lies over every page. It is used for placing objects that are to be displayed throughout the project. When placing an item on the Master Objects Layer, it is always the layer above the page objects, but below the Section Objects Layer. Master Borders, logos, mascots, school name, and other titles are the perfect design elements to be placed on the Master Objects Layer. The Master Objects Layer cannot be deactivated, but can be left blank. Sections Sections are separators in the CD supplement. They are used for grouping pages together. Sections contain background images and background music that help to bind a set of pages together. Sections can also have Section Objects (a section title, for example). o The diamond icon identifies Sections. o When the diamond is green, it has been enabled and is active. o When it is gray, it has been disabled and neither it, nor any of the pages contained therein will be displayed in the presentation CD unless re-activated. (Use the right click button for enabling or disabling sections or pages.) o Section properties are set by double-clicking on the Section name or by clicking on the icon. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 23

Memory Builder 3.0 Getting Started Pages The blue Page icon designates individual Pages. A Page contains all of the standard objects, such as movies, sounds, images, hot spots, etc. Canvas The project Canvas is where students will do most of the work. The Canvas size is 800 pixels wide by 540 pixels high (a 60-pixel area at the bottom has been reserved for navigation in the final presentation). When a Section has been selected in the Contents window, the background (if already chosen) and instructions will appear on the page. When a Page has been selected in the Contents window, all of the Page Objects previously added to the selected page will be displayed. Tips for making changes on the Canvas: o To change the Section Background, double-click directly on the background. The Section Background dialog box will open. o Move Page Objects by clicking and dragging them on the Canvas. o Double-click on a Page Object to open an editing window where images, text, or Hot Spots can be manipulated. o Delete or change the layer order of objects on the page Canvas by right-clicking the mouse and choosing from the drop down menu shown to the right. Master Objects Layer and Section Page objects always display on top of standard Page Objects, with the exception of video. The Space Indicator Even though a CD can hold a lot of information, its space is still limited. Since video and audio files take up quite a bit of space, students want to keep an eye on how much space is being used. Memory Builder provides a handy visual reference bar called the Space Indicator. It is located in the lower left corner of Memory Builder. The Space Indicator Bar shows how much space the project is using. Since the average CD-R has only about 650MB available, the Indicator Bar uses the 650MB mark (the entire gray rectangle) as the maximum size allowed. 31 Memory Builder 3.0 Getting Started The Space Indicator is only a rough approximation of the project s current size. As an added safety measure, when the project reaches 600MB in size, the bar turns to red, indicating that the project may be in danger of using up more space than a CD can hold. The 52MB indicates how much space is used to fit a project on a small, business card size CD. The Frame Adjustment Bar The bar between the Contents window and the Canvas can be adjusted for display purposes. A double arrow cursor will appear when placing the cursor over it. Then click-drag the bar to the left to see more of the Page, or to the right to see more of the Contents window. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 25

Memory Builder 3.0 How-To Guide Class Portraits The Class Portraits section consists of photos of the student body and faculty. Memory Builder automatically organizes this section by grade and alphabetical order. Because these photos are auto-generated, the pages in this section are created differently than those in the rest of the project. Portrait Pages cannot be manually added to the Class Portrait section because the Memory Builder program automatically alphabetizes the portraits. In Memory Builder, portraits have an aspect ratio of 4:5. Different layouts will have different size image boxes, but always the same aspect ratio. (For example, one of the layouts has image boxes that are 100 pixels wide by 125 pixels high.) Portrait Templates are not moveable or changeable. The Portraits themselves are in fixed locations. It is possible that some of the Master Objects Layer elements may overlap and block the view of some of the Portraits. To avoid this problem, select Suppress Master Objects in the properties of any Section or Page in the portrait section or rearrange the objects on the Master Objects Layer template. Importing Class Portraits 1. Go to the Portraits menu and choose Import Portraits or click on the icon. The dialogue box below will appear. 2. Find the portrait source files the original electronic images of the student body and faculty. Original images are usually found on a CD provided by a school photographer or in a directory of scanned photos. 3. Select the image files to import. Select one or multiple files. This works best if files are selected by grade. a. Select all files by pressing Ctrl-A (Apple-A on the Mac). b. Select multiple files in sequence by clicking on the first file and then Shiftclicking on the last file. c. Select multiple random files by using Ctrl-click (Apple-click on the Mac). 4. After selecting all the files to use, click Import. (The files will be moved into an internal directory where the files can be manipulated specifically for the project without affecting the original images.) Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 50

Memory Builder 3.0 How-To Guide 5. A dialogue box will appear with the following three choices: a. The previously imported portrait files will appear in the preview window. (The original file name will appear below the Preview pane.) 3. The following information must be entered for each portrait: Last Name First Name Grade 4. Names can be entered manually, or, if the image files were named using a format that utilizes the student s name (i.e. Doe Jane.jpg), they can be automatically organized by setting the desired format in the Portrait File Naming Convention. 5. Choose the Grade for the first portrait. The Grade selection will remain the same from portrait to portrait until you change it. Thus, it is easier to enter all of the senior photos together, then junior, and so on. 6. The Middle Initial, Text, Personal Sound, Personal Movie, and Personal Page fields are optional. The text field is for entering in any miscellaneous information that yearbook staff deems appropriate. 7. By clicking on the open folder icons next to Personal Sound or Personal Movie fields, students can associate a corresponding file with a student s portrait. In the Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 51

Memory Builder 3.0 How-To Guide final product, when users click on the student s portrait, a box will pop up that allows them to watch the Personal Movie or listen to the Personal Sound. 8. Clicking on the open folder icon next to Personal Page will pop up a box that maps out all the pages in the project. Using this map, a page could be selected to associate with the student (for example, a 15 Seconds of Fame page). 9. To apply the information to the photo, click the Save button. This will save the information with the photo and will automatically advance to the next photo. 10. Upon Saving just one portrait record, a page is added in the Section designated for that student grade and that section is automatically activated in the Contents Window. 11. Skip should be used when you don t have identifying information available and you want to get back to the file later. This leaves the portrait in the Name Portrait queue. Click Close and then return to Name Portraits to get back to a skipped file. 12. Students may double click on a photo on the Canvas to add information at a later time. 13. Use Delete when a photo does not belong in the Class Portrait section. It will delete the file permanently from your project directory. 14. When finished naming and applying additional information, click Close. NOTE: Individuals in any of the Class Portrait section cannot be added without adding a photo. If no photo is available but the yearbook staff wants to include that student, import a filler photo image and associate the student s name with it. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 52

The new custom page template will substitute blank image boxes (blue) and blank text boxes (yellow) for the original page s images and text. Organizing Sounds and Music Playing music and other audio files in the background of the multimedia supplement gives it added energy and dynamic character. Memory Builder makes it easy to assign Background Music to sections. To add audio clips to individual pages, Memory Builder also offers a Page Narration feature. Narration is assigned by page, and pauses the background music. When the narration clip finishes, background music resumes. Background Audio follows an inheritance principle. This means that a subsection will play the audio selected for its parent section unless another background audio file is selected for the subsection. Important: Recommended sound file format information MP3 format, 160 kbps, Stereo channels for full songs Or WAV, 44,100 Hz, Stereo channels for loops See the Audio media guide for more information. Final note: Memory Builder includes two other ways of handling sound files: A. Audio File Hot Spot Makes an area of the canvas active (a Hot Spot). When users click on the Hot Spot, Memory Builder interrupts the background music to play the audio file. After the audio file is finished playing, background music resumes. To learn more, click here. B. Sound Button on the Canvas Essentially the same as an Audio File Hot Spot, except that Memory Builder places a Sound File icon on the canvas in place of a Hot Spot. To learn more, click here. Background Music 1. In the Contents window, locate the section to which you d like to add background audio. 2. Click on the Properties icon or double-click the section name. 3. In the Properties dialog, click on the open folder icon next to the Background Audio field. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 61

Save the project after proofing. Preparing the Project for Submission The final step before sending a project to Yearbook Interactive is the Prepare for Submission process. The software automatically compresses all of the project elements into a single file. Students must specify a location in the computer to save the file. Remember that location. The location is needed in order to submit the project. 1. After proofing the project (see above), choose Prepare for Submission from the Post-Production menu. 2. The software will prompt you to choose a save location for the compressed final file. Click on the open folder icon to select a location, or make a note of the default location. 3. After choosing a save location, click on the Compile button. 4. During the Prepare for Submission process, Memory Builder will display a warning if you have any text boxes that are not large enough for the text they contain (making some of the text unreadable). 5. When the process has completed, Memory Builder will display a message showing you the size of the project. If the project is larger than 600MB, the final compressed file will not be created, and you will be prompted to remove items from the project. If the process completes successfully, you will find a file named SendThisFileToYBI.ybz in the location you specified earlier in the process. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 68

Memory Builder 3.0 How-To Guide Submitting the Project 1. First, make a backup copy of the compressed project file. Copy the SendThisFileToYBI.ybz file. 2. 94 Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Appendix E: The Builder Resources Folder Memory Builder comes with a number of resources to help you get started quickly with your multimedia supplement and to enhance your project. These resources are grouped into a folder called Builder Resources, located inside of the Memory Builder program folder. Read the description of each subfolder below to learn more about what it contains. Buttons Although Memory Builder includes a project navigation bar for users (which you can see in Preview mode), you may want to provide additional ways for students to access sections of the multimedia supplement, audio clips, video clips, Web pages, or other files (such as a picture or text document). By adding a button on the Master Objects Layer and creating a Hot Spot around it, students can have access to any of these objects from anywhere in the CD multimedia supplement. The Buttons folder contains 5 separate folders, each containing button icons in the shape indicated by the folder. Clip Art Try spicing up the way you present video files on the Canvas by putting one of the frames from the Clip Art folder around it. Drop one of these images on the canvas, place your video file on top of it, and then stretch the clip art image to fit around the video. There is also an alternate sound file icon in this folder. Music The Music folder contains a variety of music clips and loops that you can use in your presentation for background music. These music files are trimmed down to allow you more space for images, video files, etc. Sounds The Sounds folder contains many sound clips to enhance your project. Try linking to one of these sound clips from an image on the canvas with a Hot Spot. For example, you could link to one of the applause files with a Hot Spot that encloses a crowd in an image. 95 Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Themes The Themes folder contains a large number of images that you can use on your Master Objects Layer to construct a Master Border for your presentation. Some of the images in this folder constitute an entire Master Border, while others are elements that you can assemble to make a complete Master Border. Tutorial This folder contains a variety of files that you can use to learn the program. If you go through the Quick Start Guide, you ll use some of these files. 96 Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Appendix F: Preparing Your Media Files Preparing Images Images are the real focus of a multimedia supplement; students will spend most of their time looking at them. Therefore, you want your images to look as good as possible. The following recommendations will help you maintain a professional look throughout your project. Bringing Images into Your Computer Since Memory Builder supports a large number of image file formats (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PSD, TIF, PIC, and PCT), there are a number of ways to save images to your computer. When importing images from a digital camera or photo disk, the default settings should work fine. If you will be scanning pictures, we recommend the following settings: Format: JPG (some programs let you choose) Quality: High (if you chose JPG format) Resolution: 150 dpi (300 dpi if you will be using the same image for your print yearbook) Changing Image Settings Computer image files, like sound and video files, tend to be large and can quickly eat up a project s available space. It may become necessary to change your images settings if you have them in uncompressed file formats (like BMP or PSD), or if you are planning to include a large number of images in your project. We recommend that you use file formats that compress the size of the image file (such as JPG or GIF). Here are our recommended settings for images that you are using in Memory Builder: File Format: JPG (jpeg) Quality: Medium to high (8-10 in Adobe Photoshop ) Resolution: 72 dpi* Size: no larger than 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high** * Unlike images that you are using for a print yearbook, images that you will use in the CD supplement don t require a high resolution; 72 dpi is usually sufficient. ** Size settings are a balancing act. On the one hand, if your images are larger than necessary, you will be using extra hard drive space since larger images generate larger files. On the other hand, if you blow up a small image to fill a large area on a page, it will lose quality. Try to save images so that their dimensions are the same size or a bit larger than the area they will fill on the page. Other formats: See the documentation for your image editing program for recommendations. Portrait Preparation When planning the portrait section of your CD multimedia supplement, the first step is to figure out how you will get the portrait images onto computer. There are three possibilities: Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 90

Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices 1. Your school photographer may have these photos on a CD-ROM. 2. The portraits could be on a digital camera. 3. You have hard copies of the images, and will need to scan them. Photo Disc You will save time if you have access to a CD containing digital student photos. Most photo CDs store the pictures in JPEG format. Some photo CDs are targeted for Macintosh computers and won t have the file extensions (.jpg). In this situation, you can download a program called Download Renamer to run batch renaming. You can download this program from (do a search on Download Renamer ). Digital Camera Getting images is a simple matter of plugging your digital camera into your computer, choosing the Import Portraits item from the Portraits menu in Memory Builder, and browsing to your camera to find the images. Scanning If you have to scan your photos, select color and 72 dpi. Save the images in JPEG format. Memory Builder recognizes certain naming conventions, and you will save yourself a lot of hassle when it comes time to attach names to portraits if you use one of the standard formats (shown in the Name Portraits dialog below). Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 91

Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Once you have access to the portraits on your machine, you are ready to import them into the program. See the Class Portraits for more information. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 92

Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Preparing Audio Files Audio files can add a lot of interest to your multimedia supplement. Memory Builder allows you to use audio in a number of important ways as background, as links, and on the canvas, for example. There are also a number of different types of audio you can use in a project, such as background music, interview and other speech files, and music file links. This guide will explain how to prepare your files and the different ways of using them in your multimedia supplement. In order to prepare your audio for use, you will need audio editing software. There are many programs available, ranging in price and features from the free CDex (which converts music CDs into.wav and.mp3 format files) to Cakewalk SONAR (a full suite of digital audio editing tools and effects). Here s a short list of available software (and Web sites): Sonic Foundry Sound Forge ( Cakewalk SONAR ( Syntrillium Cool Edit 2000 ( You can purchase most of these programs from Sweetwater Sound ( As a further option, you may want to look at GoldWave, available directly from the developer at Optimizing Audio Audio editing programs allow you to change a number of settings that will affect the sound quality and size of your audio files (the higher the sound quality, the larger the file size). Audio files can be very large. It s best to make your files as small as possible, without compromising too much sound quality, to save space and speed up your project. MP3 Format This popular format is extremely useful for reducing file size while maintaining acceptable standards of quality. We recommend this format for full-length songs. If your sound editing program doesn t have an mp3 encoder, save your files on your hard drive as WAV or AIFF files, and then download CDex (from to convert the files to mp3 format. Once they re in mp3 format, you can bring them into the project. We recommend the following settings for mp3 files: Version MPEG I (usually set by default, and may not be shown in an options list) 160 kbps Bit Rate (128 kbps is fine for speech) Stereo Channel Setting WAV and AIFF Formats WAV is the standard Windows audio file format, and AIFF is the standard for Mac computers. The two formats are similar in their approach and settings. We recommend these formats for loops. After recording speech or music, it s always a good idea to save a copy of the file in WAV format or AIFF format, depending on your platform. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 93

Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices For speech, we recommend the following settings: 22,050 Hz Sample Rate (also called Sampling Frequency) 16 Bit Resolution Mono Channel Setting For music, we recommend the following settings: 44,100 Hz Sample Rate (also called Sampling Frequency) 16 Bit Resolution Stereo Channel Setting We also recommend that you normalize your audio files. This will set them to more even volume levels (so that one file is not much louder or softer than another). Most audio editing programs have a normalize function. CDex provides an option for normalizing files when you are recording from a CD or converting files from one format to another. If the normalize function has settings, choose 100% or 0.0dB. Using Audio in Your Project After you have prepared your audio files, you are ready to bring them into the project. There are four ways that you can use audio files. Consult the following descriptions to help you decide how to best use your audio: Background Audio Plays continuously as users browse the project. Page Narration When a user navigates to a page with Page Narration, Memory Builder will interrupt the background music to play the narration file, and then background music will resume. Audio File Hot Spot Makes an area of the canvas active (a Hot Spot). When users click on the Hot Spot, Memory Builder interrupts the background music to play the audio file. After the audio file is finished playing, background music resumes. Sound Button on the Canvas Essentially the same as an Audio File Hot Spot, except that Memory Builder places a Sound File icon on the canvas in place of a Hot Spot. How you add the audio file into your Memory Builder project will depend on how you decide to use the file in your project. Consult the instructions below: Background Audio 1. Background Audio is assigned by section. Locate the section to which you d like to add Background Audio in the Contents window, and double click on it. 2. In the Section Properties dialog, type in the location of your audio file or click on the open folder icon next to the Background Audio field. 3. If you clicked on the open folder icon, browse for your audio file in the File Preview dialog and double click on it. 4. The file will now be assigned as Background Audio. Click on OK in the Section Properties dialog. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 94

Memory Builder 3.0 Appendices Page Narration 1. Page Narration is assigned by page. Locate the page to which you d like to add Page Narration in the Contents window, and double click on it. 2. In the Page Properties dialog, type in the location of your audio file or click on the open folder icon next to the Page Narration field. 3. If you clicked on the open folder icon, browse for your audio file in the File Preview dialog and double click on it. 4. You may also record your own Page Narration if you have a microphone for your computer. Click on the Record button and speak into the microphone. When you have finished, 5. The file will now be assigned as Page Narration. Click on OK in the Page Properties dialog. Audio File Hot Spot 1. Click on the Hot Spot icon on the Main Toolbar. 2. Select an area for the Hot Spot by clicking and holding the mouse button down on the canvas, and then dragging to open up a Hot Spot area. When you release the mouse button, Memory Builder creates the Hot Spot and opens the Link To dialog box. 3. In the Link To dialog, click on the Audio radio button. 4. Either enter the location of your audio file or click on the open folder icon next to the Audio field. 5. If you clicked on the open folder icon, browse for your audio file in the File Preview dialog and double click on it. 6. The file will now be assigned as a Hot Spot. Click on OK in the Link To dialog. 7. The Hot Spot will appear as a red rectangle outline on the canvas. Sound Button on the Canvas 1. Click on the Sound icon, or choose Add Sound from the Insert menu. 2. In the File Preview window, browse to the file you d like to add to the canvas. You can listen to the sound file in the preview pane on the left. 3. Double-click on the sound file in the File Preview dialog or select the file and click Open. 4. Click once on the canvas to place the sound file. The Sound File icon will appear on the page. You can move it around like any other page object. Clicking on it in Preview mode will play the sound file. For your convenience, Memory Builder provides a few audio selections that you can use. They are located in the following folder: C:\Program Files\Memory Builder 3\Builder Resources\Music (PC) Or Applications\Memory Builder 3\Builder Resources\Music (Mac) Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive 95

Appendix G: Submission Forms On the next three pages you will find the two forms you will need to submit your project to Yearbook Interactive. Form 1: Project Completion Checklist Use this form to ensure that your project is ready to send. Form 2: Final Submission Form Fill out this form completely so that Yearbook Interactive can properly fill your order.

Yearbook Interactive by The Before-You-Send-in-Your-Multimedia-Supplement Check List 1. Preview and Ensure Quality of the Project Once you have finished adding content, it is critical that you preview your project before you compile it and send it to Yearbook Interactive (YBI) to ensure it looks and behaves as you intended it. To Preview Your Project: Click on the icon on the Toolbar or choose Preview from the File menu. You should carefully examine the project at least one time for each of the items below. Check Sections and Pages All desired Sections and Pages exist and are enabled as expected. Unwanted Pages have been disabled or deleted. Check Text All desired text content is present and laid out as expected. Text contains no offensive language, terms, or ideas. Spelling has been verified by running the Spell Checker and by reading through the text. Proper names have also been verified. Text is not cut off or truncated in any of the text boxes. Text colors have adequate contrast to be seen over background or other images. Check Images All desired images are present and displayed as intended. Images are not offensive, suggestive, or disrespectful of any group or individual. Check Video Video clips are present and play as expected. Video clips are appropriate. (No offensive material.) Ensure that video clips have been saved in a compressed format (.mov format with Sorenson Video 3 compression, for example). Many computers are unable to play uncompressed (DV format) video. See the subsection on video in Appendix F: Preparing Your Media Files at the end of the User s Guide for more information. Note: We recommend that you test your video clips on a few different machines with QuickTime 6 to ensure that they will play properly. Check Background Audio Background audio is present in desired Sections and plays as expected. Background music loops where desired. Background music is not copyrighted or written permission has been obtained to use copyrighted music. (All music provided by YBI is royalty-free music.) Note: If a long delay occurs before the background audio starts, it may indicate the audio file size is too large. Avoid using audio clips larger than 10MB in size. To reduce the size of music files, try looping them into short clips to save on space and/or convert.wav and.aiff to the.mp3 format. Copyright 2002 Yearbook Interactive by Jostens 1/16/2003 1

Yearbook Interactive by 1. Preview and Ensure Quality of the Project (continued) Check Audio Clips & Narration Audio clips are present and play as expected. Narration auto-plays on the appropriate pages and is audible. Audio clips and Narration do not contain any offensive or questionable material or sounds. Check Hot Spots Hot Spots function. (Preview with Hot Spots displayed and click on each Hot Spot.) Hot Spots do not launch or link to offensive or questionable materials; nor do they criticize, demean, or disrespect any persons or groups directly or indirectly. Check Class Portrait Sections All Class Portraits are present. Names associated with each Portrait are correct and are spelled correctly. Clicking on Class Portrait brings up a larger photo with associated information. Audio/Video clips, if included, are present and contain no offensive material. 2. Compile Your Finished Project Compiling is the process of transforming your project and all of its files into a format YBI uses to create the finished multimedia supplement. The output of the Compiling process is a folder named mvresource. The compiled project does not replace your original project or any of its files. It is completely separate from your editable project files and you can always make changes to your project as long as you Compile again when you are finished. 1. Before you compile your project, backup your project files to another location (either on your hard drive or by burning to a CD). If the project has been saved to the default location, it will be found in the Projects folder that is in the Memory Builder folder. You will need to make sure to copy both the project file (e.g. projectname.sb3) and the project folder of the same name. 2. When you are ready to compile, from the File menu choose Compile. 3. Select a location to save the compiled project. (You can save it to any location on the computer, such as the desktop, or you can save it to the default location. The default location is wherever your Memory Builder 3 folder is found in a folder named CompiledProjects). 4. Compiling your project can take quite a while. Be patient. You must wait for the message that indicates your project has successfully compiled. Note: After you compile you still are able to make changes to your project. However, if you make any changes, be sure to recompile and overwrite your first compile. 5. Burn the mvresource folder (including all of its contents) to a CD to submit to Yearbook Interactive. 6. Make a copy of the CD to keep as a backup. 3. Submit Your Project to Yearbook Interactive Mail your project to: Yearbook Interactive 2681 E.
