3 7.6 High Crew Hours...31 Introduction There has been a tremendous progress in the Technical Crew Voyage Report from a manual intensive based system to where it is now. The development of the report is migrating from the manual entry form to an automated form. The captains on flights use the Technical Crew Voyage Report (TVR) to report the flight and fuel information for each voyage. The feature to load VR, work off-line and submit VR data is provided in EVR first release. As part of this enhancement, the following additional features will be provided: View Future flights VRs, Changes in Load form Enhanced admin features E-log book. This guideline will serve as a guide in completing the Voyage Report as per required. All the Technical Crew in Charge should be familiarized with the reporting format to avoid any problem. 3

4 1. Login Page To log on to the application: 1. Go to 2. Provide USERNAME and PASSWORD. Recommended Browser: Google Chrome. The following login page appears. Figure 1: Login Screen 3. Click Sign On. 2. Landing Page After successful log in, the following screen appears. This screen will display the menu buttons based on the access features assign for logged on user. 4

Load EVR Figure 3: Load EVR home screen Click LOAD EVR, to view the following screen. The screen will display the REFNO as per the following two sections: 1. CURRENT AND FUTURE EVR: EVR to be submitted for future flights. 2. SUBMISSION STATUS: EVR to be submitted for the past flights (EVR is not submitted even the flights are landed already). The user can fill the EVR report by clicking REFNO.. 5

6 4.1 Operating Crew Status Check Before the user starts filling the report, a crew summary pop-up screen will appear to confirm the crew details as follows. Figure 4: Crew Summary section The user can edit the crew details if there is any mismatch otherwise proceed by clicking CONFIRM. On confirming, the staff details will be updated in the staff summary section as follows. Figure 5: Staff Summary Section The same details will be available for all sectors SET STICK HOUR pop up for entering the pilot flying hours. Landing and Take-off will be auto populated based on the PF values selected in the flight sector details. 4.2 SETTING FLIGHT DELAY CODE If there is some delay in the actual departure or arrival time, the delay reason can be set using SET DELAY button. On clicking SET DELAY, a pop-up screen will appear to set delay code as follows. 6

7 Figure 6: Delay Code Screen The user will be able to add up to five delay codes and delay reason by clicking ADD DELAY CODE button and the User can finalize the set delay data by clicking SET DELAY CODE. 4.3 SET STICK HOUR The staff can enter the flying hours using SET STICK HOUR pop up. On clicking SET STICK HOUR, the following pop up screen will appear. Figure 7: Set Stick Hour Screen The staff can enter flying hours either less than or equal to the total flying hours. Zero (0) is also acceptable. Crew position S (CHECKING/SAFETY/SNY) and P 7

8 (POSITIONING/INCOMING/OUTGOING) need not log flying hours. The flying hour validation for values entered less than total flying hours or 0 can be skipped by clicking PROCEED. Figure 8: Pilot flying hour validation alert 4.4 RTC/ATB/DIVERSION In case, if any Return To Base (RTC), Air Turn Back (ATB), DIVERSION occurs, the change in flight details can be entered using the RTC/ATB/DIVERSION. After clicking RTC/ATB/DIVERSION button, a pop-up screen will appear to fill the RTC, ATB or DIVERSION condition if it occurred in departure of flight as follows. Figure 9: RTC / ATB / Diversion Screen In the RTC and ATB condition, the AIRPORT field is pre-populated with departure airport code. In the DIVERSION condition, the AIRPORT field is editable and user can enter diversion airport code. After clicking mark, one more flight section will be added in the EVR load form. The new sector details will be displayed based on user selection. If RTC/ATB is selected, then the sector will be source/source, else for DIVERSION, the sector will be source/diversion station. 8

9 The flight details such as flight number, REG, date, scheduled and actual arrival and departure timings, delay total, delay extra, and so on will be copied from current sector to the new sector that is created. The new flight section screen will be as follows. Figure 10: New RTC / Diversion sector section added on confirming 4.5 Remarks Only For Info/Action After selecting For Info Only or For Action radio button, a pop-up screen will appear to enter remarks data up to characters and the screen will be as follows. Figure 11: Remarks Screen The user can attach multiple files with remarks. 9

10 Figure 12: Remarks Screen with files attached The file extensions allowed are JPEG, JPG, PNG and PDF. The maximum size for one file should be 5MB Passenger Upgrade by Commander/Passenger offload by Commander After selecting Passenger Upgrade by Commander or Passenger Offload by Commander radio button, a pop- screen will appear to add additional info to the remarks data which the user entered earlier and the screen will be as follows. Figure 13: Remarks screen on Passenger Upgrade or Offload by Commander selection Training/Check/Recency or BPM message generation After selecting the Training/Check/Recency radio button, a pop screen will appear to generate the message and the screen as follows. 10

11 Figure 14: Training/Check/Recency Screen The user can select or generate up to five messages by clicking CONFIRM only after selecting the required field. The user can add multiple rows to generate multiple messages by clicking ADD TRAINING/RECENCY/CHECK and the screen will be as follows. Figure 15: Training/Check/Recency screen with multiple rows For generating message, the user can select FREE TEXT in REMARKS drop down list, an additional text field will be pop-up to enter additional data if any. The screen will be as follows. Figure 16: Training/Check/Recency screen with Remarks Free Text After clicking CONFIRM, a message will be displayed in the text area. The user can copy the message from the text area. The screen will be as follows. 11

12 Figure 17: BPM Message Mandatory Occurrence Report/Flt Duty Period Form Submitted After clicking the Mandatory Occurrence Report radio button, a pop-up screen will be appeared with report and remarks data entered by the user and the screen will be as follows. View EVR After clicking VIEW EVR from landing page, a dialog box appears for the user to provide the time details. The screen will be as follows. Figure 21: View EVR Search screen After filling the time period, the user can click SEARCH to view the data. The result page will be shown as follows. 13

Figure 23: Technical Crew Voyage Report screen to view 5.1 EXPORT TO PDF The user can export the report in the PDF format by clicking EXPORT TO PDF and the screen will be as follows. 14

16 5.2 EXPORT TO EXCEL The user can export the report in EXCEL format by clicking EXPORT TO EXCEL. The resulting report is as follows. Figure 26: Technical Crew Form EXCEL View 5.3 View EVR Admin Search In View EVR, there is a provision to search all EVRs submitted on a specific date for users who have ADMIN or SUPER ADMIN privileges. 17 Figure 28: Admin Search Result in View EVR 5. LOGBOOK The user can view the history of log hours entered using the elogbook module. After clicking elogbook, a dialog box appears where user can select the date range for which they want to view the log history and click SEARCH. Figure 29: elogbook Search Screen 17

18 Figure 30: elogbook search result Log hour summary section Log summary includes: TOTAL FLYING HOURS UNTIL TODAY The total flying hours that user has logged from beginning till today will be shown corresponding to this section. TOTAL FLYING HOURS FOR SELECTED DATE RANGE The total flying hours with in the selected date range will appear corresponding to this section. TOTAL BROUGHT FORWARD The total flying hours from the selected end date till today will be shown corresponding to this section. A detailed log history will appear as shown in the following figure for the selected date range. Figure 31: elogbook search result Log hour details section 18

19 6.1 EXPORT TO PDF An export option enables the user to export the log history details by clicking EXPORT TO PDF. The exported PDF will be as follows. Figure 32: elogbook PDF View 6. Admin The ADMIN/SUPERADMIN have the privilege to access the ADMIN modules. The SUPER ADMIN will have all the privileges and can restrict the ADMIN privileges. The ADMIN module includes the following functionality: EVR Submission Report TECH CREW e-logbook Manual Entry Form Delay-Refueller Code Management EVR Submission Graph High Crew Hours User management 19

20 Figure 33: EVR Admin Home Screen 7.1 EVR Submission Report The Admin/Super Admin can view report on flights not submitted for a particular user. On clicking EVR SUBMISSION REPORT, a pop up will be displayed prompting the user to select a staff ID for which the report should be displayed. 20

Figure 35: Admin EVR Submission Report search result screen 7.2 Tech Crew e-logbook The Admin/Super Admin can view the log hours entered by other users through this module. On clicking the TECH CREW e-logbook button, a pop up will be displayed where admin can select the date range and the staff ID for which the log details should be displayed. Click SEARCH to view the report. 21

24 7.3 Manual Entry Form Admin can manually submit a scheduled flight using Manual Entry Form. On clicking the MANUAL ENTRY FORM button present in the admin home page, a pop up will be displayed where the user can select date, enter flight number and flight departure time. Figure 40: Admin Manual Submission search screen Click SEARCH to enter the details entered will be validated and if a scheduled flight exist. The user will be redirected to the manual entry form as follows. 24

25 Figure 41: Admin Manual Entry Form Crew Summary section This form is similar to the technical crew form, where the user can fill all the details and submit the form. 7.4 Delay-Refueller Code Management The delay codes and refueller codes displayed in the load EVR form can be managed from this module. On clicking DELAY-REFUELLER CODE MANAGEMENT, the user will be redirected to the following page where the delay codes and refueller codes are listed in the two tables. 26 Figure 43: Admin Refueller Code Management section On clicking ADD DELAY CODE, a pop up will be displayed from where user can add new delay codes to the system as shown in the following figure. Figure 44: Admin Add Delay Code screen The user can edit or delete one particular delay code using EDIT / DELETE displayed for each delay code. 26

27 Figure 45: Admin Update / Delete Delay Code On clicking the ADD REFUELLER CODE button, a pop up will be displayed from where user can add new refueller codes to the system as shown below: Figure 46: Admin Add Refueller Code screen The user can edit or delete one particular refueller code using the EDIT / DELETE buttons displayed for each refueller code. 27

28 Figure 47: Admin Update / Delete Refueller Code 7.5 EVR Submission Graph Admin can view a graphical report on the EVR submission using this module. On clicking EVR SUBMISSION GRAPH, a popup will be displayed where the user can select a date from which past 31 days report can be viewed. 29 The graphical report includes: Bar Graph, which displays number of sectors scheduled and submitted for each date. 30 Pie Chart, which displays the EVR submission as per standard. Figure 51: Admin Pie Chart for Submission as per standard 7.6 High Crew Hours Admin can view the list of highest of crew hours logged. On clicking HIGH CREW HOURS, the user can select a date and fleet, where past 1 year data will be generated as shown in the following figure. 30
