3 Application access secure web interface
4 Application access You can access VMS - MyAccount using any browser and internet connection. For authentication, go to and press LOGIN. Insert your username and password and press the green button. If you do not yet have un account, press Sign up now to CityShuttle in order to create one and fill in all the details in requested fields (name, , mobile, password) then press Create Account. Shortly you will receive an for confirmation and activation accordingly with your company s procedure agreement. Language Login Sign up 01
5 Booking New booking request
6 Booking transfer date and route For booking a transfer there are some mandatory fields to fill : pickup addresses, destination, date and time. There are 2 ways to fill in and choose your address: 1. By selecting your address from the drop down list, pressing the button : 2. By google searching and choose from the results. For Airport pickup transfers you need to add your flight number: For city/home pickup transfers you need to add your address details: contului dumneavoastră. 7 Intermediate stops These are used when the transfer has one or more stops between pickup and destination. For adding intermediate stops: or For intermediate stop you need to fill the address and waiting time for that location. By adding these extra details it will generate saving automatically the intermediate stop. 8 Intermediate stops (examples) Example 1 For a 3 passengers booking transfer for Otopeni Airport with different addresses: Example 2 For a business travel to Brasov with a pickup and destination address in Bucharest, same day return: Address Passenger 1 Pickup Address Address in Brașov Address Passenger 2 Time estimated staying in Brasov Return address Address Passenger 3 Time and Date leaving Destination Pickup time passenger 1 Booking for intercity transfers with waiting time and return in the same day, you need to use Intermediate Stop service, not Return Trip. 04
9 Return transfer You can book a return transfer by selecting time and date of retuning. For Return transfer the PICKUP point will become also destination DROP OFF point, meaning that the starting address becomes and is the same with destination address; For adding return trip transfer you need to just press ADD RETURN TRIP; For the cases when the return trip is the Airport, you need to fill in your arrival flight number; Return trip date must be registered after the going pickup transfer;! Important: if the return trip route (one of the two addresses) is different than the going pickup transfer; you will need to book a separate different travel transfer. 05
10 Choosing service car Choosing service car is possible by easy clicking/selecting your car preferred. 06
11 Passengers Passengers details. If the requestor is the passenger, then press And your details will be automatically filled and registered. If the booking is registered for other passengers, different from the requestor, then it needs to be filled at least one other name of the passengers. We are highly recommended to fill in as may details as possible: , phone/mobile number of one of the other passengers ; in order to be able to receive our electronic confirmation by (Google Calendar possibility) and text message alert upon driver s arrival for pickup. 07
12 Payment & estimated costs Select payment. If the transfer is payed trough the company contact agreement, choose payment BY COMPANY (INVOICE). In this case you can also define and customize details as Cost Center. If the transfer is payed directly by the passenger, choose payment BY PASSENGER (Credit CARD). In this case you have 2 options: - Immediately Payment after booking via online service PayU, or - Directly payment in the car using our POS service with VISA card, MasterCard or AMEX. After choosing the payment method you will automatically see your transfer cost. (also total costs for all your transfers if you also booked return trip). In addition, there will also be an estimated km distance for your route. 08
13 Promotional code & booking On the right side of your showing booking reservation, you will also have a summary of your booking with all your transfer information. This summary contains: route, pickup and drop off addresses, intermediate stops (if there are),time and date, service type, name and contact of one of the passengers, payment and estimated cost. If you have a promotional code, you can fill in the number in the PROMO CODE, and you can have your discounts or free rides accordingly. For the final booking of your transfer, just press CONFIRM REQUEST button. Your request will be automatically registered and you will instantly receive your reservation number. Shortly, after checking the availability of our service, you will receive an containing all your booking request details. 09
14 Booking confirmation After checking availability you will receive a confirmation including your booking reservation. A great facility that we offer is that you can easily add your booking in your calendar with one simple click. Car GPS Tracking on the map Time until free cancellation 10
15 Order Management View Change&Customize Cancel
16 Order view In the section NEXT ORDERS you can view your all your bookings and their status. You can select a time period to choose from and view your booking reservations, or you can also select using search criteria. By pressing the icon of each of your reservation you will be able to: see details, editing, repeat booking or cancel. 11
17 Editing, repeat and cancel For editing your reservation press EDIT button in order to open your booking form containing all the details. You can edit any information (address, pickup time, passengers information, payment etc.) or you can also add a return trip. If case you need a transfer similar in details with another one, but for another day, you can easily chose and press REPEAT button, and only change the time and date for the new request. If you want to cancel your booking transfer, just press Cancel trip and your booking will be canceled. 12
18 Reports View Export Feedback
19 Reports view In REPORTS section you can view all your processed transfers and their costs. You can select a time period to choose from and view your booking reservations, or you can also select using search criteria. Through the export buttons there will be generated a general report in PDF or XLXS format. Export option: For excel export press the COMPANY (INVOICED) button for a report with all transfers paid by company or PASSENGER (CARD) for a report with all transfers paid by passenger. You will receive an EXCEL report on your address. 13
20 Feedback Press the icon of your transfers and give a feedback rate accordingly to your experience. Your feedback rating can be choose from 1 to 5 stars, and any other additional recommendation will be very much appreciated. 14

22 Profile personalization Changing your personal account information is possible by clicking MyAccount. For editing information press You can change your phone number, address or your customized filled. For saving all your changings just press SAVE, and for clear and cancel your changing just press For changing password just press then insert the new password and press the SAVE button. 15
