7 1. General This program is used to collect historical point data for PVD800 series that are named as sites in the program. It can automatically collect history data for yesterday of all programmed sites everyday. It can automatically collect history data of the day before yesterday if there isn t any data for the day before yesterday in database, and so on. You may select one day and manual collect history data also. When any change occurs in the configuration of the PVD800 series system, this program will automatically save the database of the PVD800 series to a backup file (.bdb). 1.1 Main Menu [File]->[Exit] [System]->[Site setup] [System]->[System setup] [System]->[ Manual Collect] [Query]->[Query History Data] [Query]->[Query Average Data] [Query]->[Query Max & Min Data] Quit the application; prompts to save documents Site setup System setup Manual collect history data Query History Data Query Average Data Query Max and Min Data 1.2 Factory Support For assistance with the installation or use of this program, Puregas LLC. 9 2. Main Program Functions 2.1 Site setup Select menu item [System]->[Site setup], a Site config dialog appear: Click the [Add] button and a Site info dialog box will appear: 2-1

10 You may set the proper parameter and then click the [Ok] button, a new site has been added: Select this site and click [Import DB] button, an Open File dialog will appear: 2-2

11 Select a.bdb or.tdb file and click [Open] button, a progress bar will appear. Wait a moment; all data for the site will be imported to the database. Note: you can get these files from the PGComm program by using the [Save DB] function. 2-3

If any change to the configuration of the PVD800 series has occurred, you may click [Import DB] button to import a new bdb file to the history database.

Of course, you will be asked whether to replace the old configuration of the site: You may click the [Edit] button to edit the information of the site or click the [Delete] button to delete the site. 2-4

2.2 System setup Select menu item [System]->[System setup ], a System Config dialog box will appear: You may set your favorite value and click button [Ok] When 2.1 and 2.

When any change occurs to the configuration of the PVD800 series, this program will automatically save database of 800 series to a backup file (.bdb).

13 2.2 System setup Select menu item [System]->[System setup ], a System Config dialog box will appear: You may set your favorite value and click button [Ok] When 2.1 and 2.2 have been finished, this program will automatically collect history data for yesterday from all sites at 16:07 everyday. When any change occurs to the configuration of the PVD800 series, this program will automatically save database of 800 series to a backup file (.bdb). The file name is the site name link date of today by _. The data for the last 3 months will be preserved. The last 9 backup files (.bdb) will be preserved. 2.3 Manual Data Collection Select menu item [System]->[Manual Collect], a Manual Collect History Data dialog will appear: You may select one day and click button [Collect] for manually collecting history data. 2-5

Query 3.1 Query History Data Select menu item [Query]->[History Data], a Query History Data dialog will appear: You may select properly range of date, site name, unit name and click button [Query], the result of query will appear in an excel file. 3.2 Query Average Data Select menu item [Query]->[Average Data], a Query Average Data dialog will appear: You may select site name and unit name and click [Query] button, the result of the query will appear in an excel file. 3.3 Query Max & Min Data Select menu item [Query]->[Max & Min Data], a Query Max & Min Data dialog will appear: 3-1
