3 For Windows operation system Step 1: Install Python in default directory Python shall be installed first. If you have installed them in wrong procedure, please uninstall all the printing software and re-install the Python first. 3

4 Please do not change the directory and install it in the default directory. 4

5 Click Finish to complete the installation of Python. 5

6 Step 2: Install printing software in the default directory ReplicatorG/Cura shall be installed after Python is installed. ReplicatorG help you to slice a model files into many layers of 2D photos and print it directly. Rebecca@wiiboox.net Cura can do the same thing as ReplicatorG and can do better than ReplicatorG, but you have to export the print-ready file to your SD card in the accessory box. Install ReplicatorG Click Next to continue installation. 6

7 Click I accept to continue installation. 7

8 Please do not change the directory and install it in the default directory. 8

9 Click Finish to complete the installation of Python. Install Cura Or you can use Cura to have a better printable files and higher success rate. 9

10 Step 3: Find USB data cable One end is square shape and the other end is usb port 10

11 Step 4: Connect your 3d printer to your computer Power on your 3d printer, plug the square end to the printer And plug the other end to your computer 11

12 Start ReplicatorG; Find the portal to your printer port: Machine>Machine Type(Driver)>Other Bots>Wiiboox One Machine>Connection(Serial Port)>"Please choose the right portal"; Reminder: The sequence to install the software matters! Please do install the software as we instructed. 12

13 Step 5: Start Your ReplicatorG from directory If it still does not work, Please find the file of ReplicatorG in the installation directory (Disk C) and click ReplicatorGxp.exe to start the print software all the time. 13

14 For Mac Operation System Mac system is a little different from Window system. Step 1: Install 01 Java for Mac.dmg Double click 01 Java for Mac.dmg and it will decompress; Double click the JavaForOSX.pkg to run the Java library; 14

15 Follow the guide to finish the installation. Agree the agreement and install in the default settings. 15

16 Step 2: Install 02 PL2303_v1.5.1 for Mac.pkg After the installation of this file, your will auto reboot. Please save files before running this installation. Double click 02 PL2303_v1.5.1 for Mac.pkg and it will run a printer cable driver; Follow the guide to finish the installation; 16

17 After the installation, it will auto reboot. 17

18 Step 3: Install 03 Python for Mac 10.6.dmg After reboot, double click 03 Python for Mac 10.6.dmg and it will decompress; Double click the Python.mpkg to run the installation; 18

20 Step 4: Install 04 ReplicatorGWiibooxV42_EN for Mac.dmg or Cura ReplicatorG help you to slice a model file into many layers of 2D photos, create a printable file by 3D printer and allow you to print directly from your computer. If ReplicatorG does not work well with your computer, we recommend you to us Cura. Cura can do the same thing as ReplicatorG and can do better than ReplicatorG, but you have to export the print-ready file to your SD card in the accessory box. Install ReplicatorG Double click 04 ReplicatorGWiibooxV42_EN for Mac.dmg to open the installation file, and you will see a file ReplicatorG in Yellow icon; 20

23 Install Cura 1. Installation Download 04 CuraWiiboox1.2.5_MacOSX.dmg Double click thefile. Double click the icon Cura-Wiiboox Install A window will pop up Drag icon Cura to the window and the software will be copied to Application. 23

24 2 Use the software Open Cura from Menu Launch A window will pop up 24

25 Set your preference of privacy and set it Open Anyway A dialog will pop up and click Open 25

26 When you run Cura for the first time, a guide will lead to you to set the software. Click Next to proceed and then you have to choose the machine type first and then click Next 26

27 Click Finish to complete the installation 27

28 Load 3D printer fist Set parameters in the left panel and then the software will slice the file automatically The bar highlighted by a red rectangle frame in the following photo will show the progress of slicing the file. 28

29 When the slicing is finished Click the second icon above the slicing progress status bar. The file will export Gcode data to your hardware Then click the SD card icon next to the save icon, and the software will transfer the data to e3g format. 29

30 When the file transferring finished, a window will pop up Insert the sd card to your computer and then a NO NAME disk will appear. Copy the X3G file to your sd card and then eject it. Insert the sd card to the socket of your 3d printer at the right side when you are facing the printer. Use the buttons at the front of the printer and choose the menu of the 3d printer Choose Print from SD and then find your x3g file and then click OK to start printing 3 change the language 30

31 File>Preferences> Preferences dialogue will pop up and scroll up and down in the drop-down menu to click the langue you preferences. If you cannot see the Preferences window, it is possibly that it is blocked by the main window of Cura. Click the Show All in the Menu of Cura and then drag the main window of Cura left and right, and then you will see the Preferences window below it. 31

32 Step 5: Find USB data cable One end is square shape and the other end is usb port 32

33 Step 6: Connect your 3d printer to your computer Power on your 3d printer, plug the square end to the printer And plug the other end to your computer 33

34 Step 7: Star the ReplicatorG Double click ReplicatorG in the Application to start it and print your first object. Find the portal to your printer port: Machine>Machine Type(Driver)>Other Bots>Wiiboox One Machine>Connection(Serial Port)>"Please choose the right portal"; 34
