Review «efarmer» is a cultivation management system that simplifies the process of company management, increases its efficiency, provides unified control system over all resources and operations. This chapter describes how to get started with «efarmer Lite», beginning with the registration process Registration To start working with the system, go to (Figure 1.1). In the lower left corner is a link to download the application «efarmer Lite» from Google play. Install it to the desired device (mobile phone or tablet with a version of Android 2.1 and above). Figure 1.1 efarmerpage Home «efarmer Lite» appears after starting the application on the device with means of registering in the system (Figure 1.2). Click on "Sign up" to create a new user.enter your , username, password, and select the application language in the registration form. Click on "Sign up" after filling form.

Data synchronization is data exchange between mobile and web applications.

9 efarmerlite.user Guide 9 2. Working with Front Office 2.1. Review This chapter describes all the functionality of the application efarmer Lite. Main features of the application: Work with the electronic map of fields; Measurement of fields (area, perimeter); Measurement of obstacles; The history of growing crops; Map Search; Points of interest; Creating a location of objects (stores, gas stations, etc.); Field Notes; Field Tasks log. Using the test data System provides the ability to download the test data (fields, culture, points of interest, operations) to become familiar with the application. Click on Upload demo data in the main application menu to load test data (Figure 2.1).Then confirm the download by clicking on OK (Figure 2.2).

To load the Demo data follow these steps: On the home page of mobile application (Figure 1.2), click on "Later", then in the main menu, click on "Upload demo data" and confirm loading Map Click on the "Map" in the main menu of the application to start working with the map (Figure 2.1). Steps for using Ruler path: Click on the Measurement icon at the bottom panel (Figure 2.4) and select the Ruler path ; Put the points on the map between which you want to measure the distance; Path and Direct Path displays under action bar; Click on the red X in the top right corner to exit from Ruler Path; Figure 2.4

Steps for using Ruler area: Click on the Measurement icon at the bottom panel(figure 2.4) and select the Ruler area ; Put the points on the map; Area and Perimeter displays under action bar; Click on the red X in the top right corner to exit from Ruler area Add field You can add a new field on the map. Fields which have been measured at MO, you will not be able to edit on the mobile application. Select Handbook/ Fields (Figure 2.18) to get started. List of fields with a brief description (field name, area, perimeter, description) will appear on the device (Figure 2.19). If you want to view or edit crop history of the field, go to details of field.

Follow these steps to delete field: Choose field to delete (Figure 2.18); Go to the detail of the field and click on Delete (Figure 2.19); If you delete field, crop history will be deleted as well Crops Handbook Crops contains list of all cultures, their name and color on the map. Select Handbook/ Crops to get started (Figure 2.22).

When you delete the crop to use it will disappear in the crop history of the fields POI Categories Handbook POI Categories keeps information about points of interest (title, category and icon) which will be used on map. Select Handbook/ POI Categories to get started (Figure 2.24). You can specify the location of POI at Map. Select Handbook/ Operations to get started (Figure 2.26).

Date, operation, field, tracks length, tracks duration, work amount and description specified for each operation in Field Tasks. Select Field Tasks in the main menu to get started (Figure 2.28). Follow these steps to add new operation at Field Tasks: Go to Field Tasks (Figure 2.28); Click on Add operation button at the bottom panel; Fill the form and Save (Figure 2.29).

28 efarmerlite.user Guide 28 Follow these steps to edit operation: Go to Field Tasks (Figure 2.28); Choose operation to edit and click on the pen near record; Enter changes and Save (Figure 2.29). Follow these steps to delete operation: Go to Field Tasks (Figure 2.28); Choose operation to delete and click on the pen near record; Click on Delete button in the top right corner and confirm (Figure 2.29). Figure 2.29 You can change the status of the operation to "Done". For this you must go into the details of the operation and activate status (Figure 2.30). You can filter displayed dairy records by using Field tasks or operation status filters.

All Field tasks operations are displayed by default Settings In the menu item "Settings", you can view information about your account, current packages for the empowerment of «efarmer», change the GPS settings, the synchronization settings, also view information about the current version. To tune the system, go to the menu item "Settings" (Figure 2.33). To view the information about your account, go to the menu "Settings/ Information / Account Information." To change the GPS settings, go to the menu "Settings/GPS Tuning" (Figure 2.34). In this section you can change: Minimum number of satellites; Minimum distance for auto closing; Metric system.

Figure 2.34 To change the minimum number of satellites, click on the record. In the window that appears, enter a value and save.

32 efarmerlite.user Guide 32 Setting the minimum distance for auto closing is necessary for the convenience of measuring an object. For example, if the measured object has a rectangular shape and you have measured it on three sides, the system will draw the remaining side, if the distance between the first and last points of the track is less than the specified. To change the minimum distance for auto closing click on the entry. In the window that appears, enter a value and save. You can also configure the measuring system. To change the measuring system, click on the record. In the window that appears, select the desired measuring system. Figure 2.35 In the menu "Actions" you can configure the synchronization of data (Figure 2.35). In the "About" you can see the current version of the software, read the license agreement, send us an , also there is link to our website and our community on Google+ (Figure 2.35).

More details see User Guide for Middle Office. After synchronization is complete, you can view its results (Figure 2.36) 2.9. What s new?
