4 The handbook has been written to guide a new user, familiar with order processing, step by step through the entry of an order. A. Application for registration / Login Click here for login Clicking on the Login button takes you to the dialog for the login data that has, incidentally, been transferred from the old OEII. So you simply have to enter your existing login details. 4

8 Entry of order general part How to select products Pls. note that there are several ways to select products One basic change is the main navigation menu. Some of the menu options are now located on the right edge of the screen. A list of all the menu options can be found under Site Explorer. The product tree has a new layout. It can now be accessed by clicking on one of the main topic areas, e. g. Drive Technology, Automation Systems, etc. 8

9 ORDER ENTRY II Handbook Entry of order The presentation of the ordering data is very similar to that of the old one. To enter the positions pls. select the shopping cart. 9

10 On the left side are 3 possibilities to enter line items: Copy and Paste One popular function is the transfer of product data with a click of the mouse from other applications such as Word, Excel etc. The article number (MLFB) and the quantity can be entered here, separated by semicolons 10

11 Enter The manual entry of articles is integrated directly into the cart Here you can enter the mlfb and quantity as usual 11

12 Upload file Even parts lists can now be uploaded directly into the cart. Via Cart Options you can now save the article list, e. g. as an Excel file. The complete cart can also be saved locally as an XML file by means of Options, so that the cart can subsequently be used, for example, as a template for further orders. Upload 12

13 After entering a line item and adding this to the shopping cart, it will appear with all well known information. Clicking on the material number, will show more information 13

15 Cart options This feature allows to export or import your order in several data format and customize your own shopping cart 15

18 To enter more details for one positions pls. mark the position and click on the position number 18

19 Then a new pull menu will appear to enter more details. For more details pls. scroll down, so it is possible to enter information like quotation number (only valid for this selected position) or additional textfields. After entering all information the order is ready to be send. 19
