2 Introduction Thank you for purchasing the TwinMOS Tablet PC TwinTAB- Your Personal Entertainer. "TwinTAB" A Unique & ultra slim design Tablet PC with large and Full HD display and powered by fast & powerful chip. Multi touch Capacitive Display and lighter weight will give you a fresh and new experience about Tablet PC. It's supporting millions of free apps and will entertain you with a fresh and improved latest version of Android platform [Ice Cream Sandwich]. Firmware Upgrade Firmware is the combination of persistent memory and program code and data stored in it. Firmware such as the program of an embedded system may be the only program that will run on the system and provide all of its functions. Common reasons for updating firmware include fixing bugs or adding features to the device. Here is the procedure to upgrade the firmware of TwinTAB. Requirements To upgrade the firmware if the TwinTAB the basic requirements are as bellow- a. TwinTAB Compatible Firmware file [available on to free download] b. LiveSuite Software [available on to free download] c. Windows based PC/Laptop [Windows XP is recommended] Precautions During this upgrade all your data on the tablet will destroy permanently. So, before execute this upgrade its better practice to take backup for all the important and necessary data. There is some other important issues may help to upgrade the firmware successfully-

3 a. Before the upgrading, please make sure the device is turned OFF, and with at least 1/4 of battery charged. b. Window XP Operating System is recommended. c. During upgrading, install the driver automatically when system requires. d. All the data will be erased after the upgrade/restoring. Please keep backup all the data before upgrading/restoring. e. Wrong version of firmware will cause malfunction in the device or totally unworkable. 1. Download the LiveSuit Package from 2. Extract the Zip file 3. Double click LiveSuit.exe to run the software;

4 4. Click Select IMG, and select IMG file of the right version of the right model; 5. Power off the device, press & hold volume up [+] button on the device, connect the device to computer via USB cable. (if you release the volume up [+] button, the device shows charging display; then you have to disconnect the device, and try again: hold the volume up [+] button then connect with computer ) 6. Don t release finger from the volume up [+] button, press power button for times till yes/no windows pop up. 7. Click yes 8. When the process bar is activated, you can release your fingers, and the restoring will finish itself. You may need to install driver of the LiveSuit software, please follow below instruction:
