3 New Features Overview MC EFCU s Mobile Banking App version 5.0 is equipped with several updates to simplify your experience. Below is an overview of the updates you will notice: New login screen Introducing Quick Balance check your account balances and last five (5) transactions without logging-in by performing a simple swipe-down anywhere on the login screen. Phone/Tablet Parity whether you use your phone or your tablet, the mobile experience is now the same for all ios and Android devices. Apple Watch Enhancement if you are using our Apple Watch App you can now view the last five (5) transactions for each account. 4 iphone Preview NEW LOGIN SCREEN QUICK BALANCE Your new experience begins from the moment you log-in with a vibrant login screen UPDATED ACCOUNTS OVERVIEW Enable/disable Quick Balance by tapping More >> Settings >> Quick Balance >> Current Device UPDATED ACCOUNT HISTORY Accounts is the new home screen in the iphone App. Log Out option is now under More Your running balance now appears after each transaction 3

8 FAQs How do I get the upgraded app? If you have chosen to automatically update apps on your device, the new app will be installed when it becomes available. If you do not have this feature enabled, you will need to go to your app store to download the updated version. What if I do not want to use Quick Balance? Quick Balance requires additional steps to enable. If you do not want to view your account information without loggingin, Quick Balance does not need to be enabled. I have more than one account, will Quick Balance show me all of my accounts balances? With Quick Balance you can only view balance information for one of your accounts. When you log-in to the app, you must enable/disable Quick Balance for the account you want to view. Once I enable Quick Balance, does this setting automatically register for all my devices? Quick Balance must be enabled on each device individually. If you have both a phone and a tablet, enabling Quick Balance on your phone will not enable the feature on your tablet. If you are sharing a device, if the first person enables Quick Balance on the device, other individuals will see the first person s account balances. If another individual disables Quick Balance from the app, the first person will no longer see their Quick Balance, either. I use Touch ID on my iphone to log-in, how does Quick Balance work on an iphone? If you have enabled Touch ID, it is recommended that you swipe on the area outside of the login box to reveal the Quick Balance page on your app when trying to access the Quick Balance page from the Touch ID login screen. On the Touch ID login screen, a tapping gesture invokes the Touch ID login process. Occasionally, your device may confuse a slow swipe gesture with a tapping gesture. 7
