2 Installation Diagram NVR Gateway (Network Video Recorder & Data Sever) Installation: ➊ Run Cat5 or Cat6 cable from the camera PoE switch to the 360iQ Media Player ➋ Install / place your 360iQ Media Player next to your HD monitor or velcro it to the back of the monitor In the box: ➊ 360iQ Media Player Unit ➋ AC Power Cord ➌ Remote Control ➍ HDMI Cable NOTE: AAA BATTERIES SOLD SEPARATELY ➌ Connect the 360iQ Media Player to the HD screen using an HDMI cable provided in the box ➍ Plug the Cat5 or Cat6 cable to the RJ45 socket ➎ Plug Cat5 or Cat6 cable to one of the available PoE sockets ➏ Your 360iQ Media Player is now connected to the TV screen with the HDMI cable and to your NVR Gateway via Cat5 or Cat6 cable by the PoE switch ➐ Power up the 360iQ Media Player

3 Quick Setup Guide - VIDEO STREAMS NOTE: Your NVR Gateway and cameras must be up and running prior to 360iQ Media Player setup. You can operate this device by utilizing the remote control provided in the package. The 360iQ Media Player is shipped with pre-loaded software. Setting up your video stream 1 After you start the application your screen will look like the one above. Click the settings icon on the bottom right of the screen. Note: If you don t see the above screen after 1 minute please preceed to the last page this manual. 2 Save your settings by clicking the green button. The camera configuration screen will appear. Set the stream quality and the position for the camera you would like to display. Use the drop-down options. 3 Using the return button on your remote control go back to the MAIN MENU. You will now be able to see your viewing options. 1 camera, 2 cameras or 4 cameras FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE NEXT PAGE

The 360iQ Media Player is shipped with pre-loaded software. 4 Select one of the options by clicking on the arrow or OK button on your remote control. 6 NOTE: Remember you can stream 1 camera, 2 cameras or 4 cameras Remote control functions ON/OFF 5 CONFIRM (OK) ARROWS TO MOVE UP & DOWN Select which camera you would like visible on your display. In this example, we selected the option for 4 cameras. Check any or all four checkboxes next to the desired camera by clicking or pressing the OK button on your remote control. Move up or down using the arrows on your remote. Move all the way down using the arrow button on your remote control until the bottom bar will is highlighted. Press OK to play your desired cameras. 5 Quick Setup Guide - NETWORK NOTE: You can operate this device by utilizing remote provided in the package. 360iQ Media Player is shipped with pre-loaded software. Network setup and starting the application 1 4 Power up 360iQ Media Player and wait untill the Main Manu appears. Next to the Main Menu select the SETTINGS option. Use the remote control to return to the Main Menu (button with house icon). From the Main Menu select the MY APPS option. 2 From the 4 options on the top of the screen select the NETWORK option. 5 From the listed applications locate the Subway Surveillance tile and click on it (or press OK on the remote) in order to start the application 3 If it is not checked, please verify the ETHERNET option. This allows a local connection with your POE switch.
