MAPA Best in Show Winner This is a beautiful flying and great looking aircraft. I have had it for the last 7 years but do not fly enough to justify the expense (so my wife says!). This aircraft is fast (over 150kt cruise), Economical (10-11 gph), and has a lot of bells and whistles a button pushing pilot would ever want. Under STC SA4443NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Disc brake calipers reversing kit # 103-B was installed. Under STC SA4443NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Dorsal fin fairings kit # 104 was installed. Under STC SA4443NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Tail root horizontal fairings kit # 105 was installed. Under STC SA4443NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Wing Tip Fairings kit # 107 was installed. Under STC SA4443NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Wing root leading edge fairings kit # 108 was installed. Under STC SA4535NM Lake Aero Styling and Repair Cowl closure fairing kit # 131was installed.. Under PMA # PQ0939SW Plane Plastics Ltd. all interior plane plastics were replaced (see form tracking number 38603) Under PMA # PQ876SW by Nu Lite the following instruments were modified with Part # LW3028: Directional gyro, artificial horizon, airspeed indicator, manifold pressure / fuel pressure, altimeter and vertical speed indicator. ENGINE: Removed firewall forward pressure hoses based on 10-year replacement. Teflon hoses were supplied by Precision Hose Technologies Invoice # Mooney part numbers listed below are for reference for location purposes; One only # SF oil hose from oil cooler to engine. Replacement # 124J002-8CR0500 / SF D50. One only # SF oil hose from engine to oil cooler. Replacement # 124J002-8CR0470 / SF D50. One only # MS oil hose from engine to oil pressure firewall termination fitting. Replacement # 124J001-3CR0190 / MS One only # MS /2 from injector assembly to fuel pressure gauge firewall termination fitting. Replacement # 124J001-3CR0454 / MS One only # MS engine driven fuel pump hose to firewall stand off box. Replacement # 124J001-6CR0254 / LW One only engine driven fuel pump hose to injector assembly. Replacement # 124J001-4CR0172 / LW One only engine driven fuel pump hose to injector assembly. Replacement # 124J001-6CR0170 / MS In doing the above hose replacement, pilot side exhaust and induction tubes were removed and reinstalled. New gaskets were installed. Induction o-ring seal Part # Exhaust to cylinder gasket Part # Replaced missing broken engine induction plenum metal fuel drain line part # c/w connection hose part # from drain pipe to attachment fitting on bottom engine fuselage panel. Installed new slick ignition upgrade kit c/w magnetos LH Part # 4373 Serial # RH Part # 4370 Serial # and harness assemblies LH Part # 2989 and RH Part # Installed new sparkplugs UREM38E Unison sparkplugs. AIRFRAME: Replaced damaged belly panel stiffener doubler part # Riveted aluminum panel behind rear seat with # 6 sheet metal screws. No access required. Riveted aluminum circular panels under rear seat with # 6 sheet metal screws. No access required.

Corrosion protected complete exterior surfaces. Painted aircraft with DuPont aircraft approved paint with 3 coats of clear finish. C of G is now 44.5 inches aft of datum. Maximum allowable gross weight as per factory lb. Aircraft new useful load 840 lb. With full fuel of 336 lb. payload capacity passengers and baggage is 504 lb. 100 hour annual inspection completed as per CAR 625 appendix B part 1 and C, using Mooney check sheet as a guide.
