1 This is a USB device for MEAS Model HTU21D Digital Relative Humidity & Temperature sensor demonstration. Supporting up to 4 sensor acquisitions at the same time, it shows the consistency of different sensors and test sensor functions conveniently. 1 of 7

3 OPERATION 1. Lift up the lid of the socket, position the sensors into socket (HTU21D sensor window of the opposite side of the point mark into the socket) using the tweezers and then close the socket as below: 2. Connect the USB stick to the board via the FPC wire. 3. Connect the USB stick to the PC. 3 of 7

4 4. Run USBStick 4in1.exe software. Software will auto detect the connected sensors, and will show data on main panel as below: Run: To start the acquisition, just click Run. After each run, software will auto detect the sensors first and will show the sensor data & RH and Temp graphs continuously. 4 of 7

5 Stop: To stop the acquisition. Data File: To set sensor data file directory and name. If it is not set, software will use default file name to record the acquisition data. Data file format is Microsoft Excel. Save: If it is selected, then the acquisition data will be saved to data file; otherwise data will just be drawn on panel. Sampling cycle(s): The sampling cycle to measure all connected sensors. Usually, for one sensor, minimum sampling cycle is 0.5s. It is auto selected by software. User can also select the value. Acquisitions/page: The data number shown in wave form for one page, up to 500. Data: To show the current Relative Humidity & Temperature values. Grid: To show or hide the grid on coordinate axis. Temperature: To select the temperature units: Celsius or Fahrenheit. 5 of 7

6 Graph: To show up to 4 different sensors RH & Temperature data wave form, 4 different colors: Green = Sensor #1 Blue = Sensor #2 Orange = Sensor #3 Pink = Sensor #4 The graph is auto-scaled, software will change the scale to fit all the sensor curves. Heater Activation: To turn on or turn off the Heater command in sensor individually. After turning on the heater command in sensor, see below graph: 6 of 7
