5 Unified Communication made in Italy.3 easymeeting is the innovative Unified Communication and Collaboration software platform developed by Feedback Italia. Through its friendly interface easymeeting enables the management of interactive meetings to an unlimited number of participants at the same time. Each user can have high quality videoconference and collaborative work sessions, connecting himself from PC, MAC, ipad, Android Tablet, H323 standard hardware devices and audio only phone calls. Work-collaboration s tools helpful to increase the productivity are integrated in easymeeting such as screen sharing for documents and applications, whiteboard, recording, instant messenger, mouse pointer, PPT managing, real time polling, web based scheduling. The platform guarantees a full only software scalability with no need at all of hardware MCU (Multi Conference Unit) and works perfectly with low bandwidth consumption through any kind of IP connectivity. All communications among users are encrypted with strong security algorithms chosen independently by the system administrator.

7 A friendly interface.5 The interface layout can be easily customized by the user following his needs. A simple toolbar contains the graphic icons necessary to manage the main features.

8 .6 Features and technical details Bandwidth consumption is completely configurable, depending on the existing network infrastructure and each user can be profiled differently. According to the policy chosen by the customer, easymeeting allows to manage individual users or workgroups, enabling or disabling the use of specific functionalities. easymeeting allows to use the best algorithms to encrypt audio, video and data for maximum security during the meeting. The platform supports full integration mechanisms with Single Sign On and Strong Authentication, via smart card readers and fingerprint recognition devices. A software echo canceller developed by Feedback Italia is integrated in easymeeting.

The scheduler sends automatically an invitation by which allows a quick log-in at the meeting s time. In order to start immediately a meeting, easymeetingoncall enables a real time call addressed to one or many users simply selecting and clicking on the users list.
