The annual program fee that is based on the program level the customer selects and the server environment the customer is using. All annual program fees include coverage for a fixed number of active Client Access Licenses. Basic, Enhanced, and Advantage Support include coverage for 30 active CALs Standard Support includes coverage for 500 active CALs Premium includes coverage for 1,000 active CALs Elite include coverage for 20,000 active CALs Server Environments are defined as follows: BlackBerry Professional Software (BPS) BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BES Express) BlackBerry Enterprise Server with or without MVS (BES) There are no additional fees if a customer is running MVS. 2. The applicable annual fee per active BlackBerry smartphone user. This covers any additional users beyond the amounts indicated above. 3. Any additional service fees for optional service. To provide a quote to your customer, include current counts for all three components of the pricing structure. This pricing model was created to allow for fair and scalable subscription pricing for all customer organizations, regardless of size.
