A standard template is used, and you can change this depending on your requirements by clicking on the Design tab at the top of the weebly editor page.

All images are uploaded in the same way, for the title bar image and in an image gallery, where you can drag the images to re order them.

Every time you want to edit the site you must click the publish button to ensure that the changes are saved to the website.
